Our tour guide Sonia was the best! She was witty and super knowledgeable about all of the sites and histories. There was clear research behind the locations with pictures to go along with it. She was interactive and we had a fantastic time.

Sonia was a delight. The cheesy jokes were flying and we got to take a walking tour of a beautiful neighborhood and make friends with our fellow wanderers. I’m not even a believer in supernatural anything and this was a bright spot in a trip full of them. Highly recommended. “The Tombs” is the final stop in the tour if you fancy a drink before calling it a night.

Wayne was AMAZING!!!!! My sister and I had an awesome evening strolling through gorge town learning about all of the spooky stories. I will take the tour again with others because it was that good!! Wayne was so hospitable, funny and most importantly, super knowledgeable. He was very engaging and led a fantastic tour!

Really interesting history/ghost tour in Georgetown. Wayne was amazing. Funny, knows tons of interesting info about DC. Would definitely recommend if you are interested in history, paranormal, movies, or architecture (just bc the town is at beautiful).

Trevor's tour was awesome! His presentation was entertaining and his sharing of the history of the houses was interesting. He was a great host, making sure everyone was accounted for. Sonia is engaging, interactive, and highly skilled at both storytelling and being lighthearted. This felt less like a tour and more like a group activity, which made it more meaningful. Sonia caters the tour to what the group wants to experience, and it was very appreciated. We learned a lot, and were completely engaged the entire journey.

Trevor was great! Loved the tour! We went on Halloween. The time was perfect-4:30 pm is right before the sun starts setting and trick or treating-then ends at dusk. Beautiful photo ops.

Georgia was a really great and knowledgeable guide. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the area and the hauntings of some of the buildings and homes we walked by. I had goosebumps a number of times throughout the tour.
When the tour was over, we ordered a ride as it had started raining. My husband and I got into the car and put on our seatbelts. The driver started to drive and the seatbelt alarm sounded so the driver asked us to put our seatbelts on, but we already had them on. I unbuckled and rebuckled. It continued, so we buckled the belt to the middle seat even though it was unoccupied and nothing was sitting on it. Then the alarm stopped. Maybe a ghost decided to hitch a ride with us??????
When we got back to our hotel I looked at the photos I had taken. I’m not sure what was going on in the second photo but it looks kinda spooky so I included it. Also, as I looked closer into the upstairs window of The Old Stone House, I can see a man with a mustache and beard in the lower left of the window. Maybe it’s just my eyes playing tricks on me…… or maybe it’s one of the haunting spirits??
We are very glad we took the tour, it was fun, interesting, and entertaining.
