Christopher was very knowledgeable and answered every question we asked. He was great considering we had a lot of questions and asked him to repeat a lot because our golf cart mates were rude and talked constantly making it hard for us to hear him. We would do this again, but prefer to be closer to speaker.

You are a randomly assigned to various vehicles. Only one looks like the picture on the Viator app. Most are glorified golf carts. I was seated at the back of one of these carts with no shade covering at all. This particular cart was gasoline and the fumes were unbearable. Made me feel very nauseous. The worst part was that we had originally booked the tour for July 4, but it was canceled by the company due to numerous street closings. This is very understandable. However, we were offered to reschedule for the very next day. I should have gone with my instinct and declined this as I thought there was no way the streets were going to be cleaned up and reopened in just a few hours. The company should have realized this and offered a full refund. We were basically taken in a hot, unshaded ride around streets of Washington and things are pointed out from a big distance. Again, I don’t fault the tour operator for this, but they should have not run any of these tours until all streets, all monuments, and all areas were reopened following the America 250 celebrations. It ended up being an enormous waste of time that we could’ve spent seeing other sites on our own as we had already seen all of the sites we were shown from the distance we were shown them at on this tour. I am hoping that the company will offer us a refund, or at least a voucher to do the tour again when we are back in town at some future time as it does seem interesting and a great way to see all the sites in a short amount of time without having to do so much walking. However, I do also hope they consider converting to electric vehicles so that customers are not exposed to the noxious fumes.

Many of the roads were shut down in DC FOR the July 4th festivities. But I was not made aware of this when I booked. The man that drove us was so nice. And was very informative despite us not being able to see many of the cites.

We never got to experience this ride. Too many passengers too few cars. Offered to switch nights for a discount so other riders didn’t have to be overloaded in the cars. Told we could move nights and get a discount. Main office called to try and help us reschedule, told us the 8:00pm was overbooked for the next evening. They offered a different time of day but we wanted the evening tour. Main office called us back after multiple holds and were told we could fit in the 8:00pm but no guarantee of a discount. Since we had already been told the ride was overbooked and no discount guaranteed like we had been told, we canceled. Didn’t want to run into the same issue two nights in a row.

Didn’t get to ride in golf cart. Guide spoke with foreign accent & fast. Sound system was great but couldn’t understand most of what he said. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

The ride was not good. He made us change our seats and made us split and sit in the back. Overall ride was confusing and had a bad experience . Will not do this again.

What a wonderful way to see the major sites. We were able to still go in comfort although it rained a little. Our guide was very knowledgeable. He was also flexible when we requested to stop at a site that was originally a drive by. I highly recommend this tour!

This is an excellent way to see the major sites in D.C. Our driver Kevin did an excellent job keeping us safe, while sharing his extensive knowledge of D.C. you can’t go to D.C. and not walk a ton, so this two hour tour gave legs a break and the opportunity to sit back and enjoy!

Our guide was knowledgeable and pleasant. We saw most of the major sites, although the White House was only visible from the north and through a fence. We could have used a little more time to explore the sites. 20 minutes wasn't enough to take in the Lincoln Memorial, the reflecting pool, the Viet Nam memorial, etc.

Very informative tour. Plenty of time given at photo stops. There's lots of construction right now, so you have to walk further than normal to get to monuments.

I gave it 4 stars for the simple fact our tour guide did a great job. He was friendly and informative. However, as a company you when know that certain parts of the tour will be blocked off and we won’t even be able to get close enough to take a picture you should have informed us of this ahead of time or at least as soon as you knew, since you live there and know what’s going on. Given us the option to cancel with a refund or take the tour at a discounted priced or even said If you take this tour it’s full price and things are limited. We stopped at the Washington monument and the Martin Luther King monument the Lincoln memorial (which was blocked due to the stupid UFC nonsense (tour guide said he was unaware that this was blocked) and maybe 1 other where we were given the option to get out. This tour was supposed to be a stop and see at, at least 8 monuments, with a pass by of other things. where we only stopped at maybe 4. What a waste. We could have spent the day at the museums. Of course we weren’t given a warning or heads up or anything. You can’t tell me you didn’t know anything was blocked because the tour guide said they’ve known about most of this going on. What a huge let down. I feel like you are taking advantage of people and the fact they don’t know. You still get yours right.

Excellent communication before the tour with clear instructions. Our guide was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and engaging. I like that he added in a little trivia before each stop - I even got a couple questions right! Highly recommend!

It was a great small group tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk with. Unfortunately the weather put a damper on getting out on a couple of the stops. All in all it was a good tour. I was with my 10 year old grandson for his birthday and he was very impressed and loved the whole tour.

We had a wonderful time on our cart tour. It was a great way to see the city and you get 10-15 min stops at the major monuments. We would definitely recommend taking this tour!
