Great experience. The monuments at night are a different experience from the daytime.
The timing is great for some great sunsets during the trip.

Excellent tour! We saw so many monuments and learned so much. George was a great guide. Highly recommend :)

It was a very fun trip, and we enjoyed the lights at night! Our guide, Elvis and Sylvia the bus driver was amazing! We picked up some interesting facts along the way. FYI, the trip was nonrefundable, and we had an illness in our group last minute. A slim possibility of a partial refund.

George was a terrific guide who provided lots of information as we visited all the memorials and monuments. Great way to see those off the usual walking path like Jefferson memorial and Marine Memorial. He not only projected his voice so all could hear he made sure we were together and always knew what to expect next. Truly a great experience.

The open air bus is enjoying. Weather was perfect and Rocky is a great guide. Would recommend this tour.

We had the best time on this tour! George and Tyrone were great, and George kept things interesting throughout the whole tour with all of the facts he shared (and the humor he added).

Take the upgrade of the tour monuments by moonlight. We had a much smaller group; we were in a glass top van with 12 others (vs 45-60 other passengers); a dedicated tour guide and a dedicated driver. Our guide, George provided excellent descriptions of the monuments and the area. Our tour was not just a bus ride...we got off with the guide; walked to the monuments and up many steps (or elevator if needed): receiving commentary all the way. In summary, buy the upgrade!

This tour was fantastic! George, our tour guide, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and gave us many interesting facts about the area! I highly recommend!

This was a perfect way to see A LOT with limited time available.
(I don’t know if you noticed, but that review had 13 words:)

Deion was absolutely amazing as our DC tour guide! From start to finish, he kept us fully engaged with his energy, passion, and deep knowledge of the city’s history. Every stop felt meaningful because of the way he brought stories to life and connected the past to the present.
Stephanie_B, Apr 2026
Tour surpassed our expectations! Rob was a wonderful guide, able to connect with each member of the group in his presentation of the monuments. Khalifa was a fantastic driver. Have already recommended it to multiple friends.
Mari_S, Apr 2026
It was truly amazing, Rob did a fantastic job guiding us thru all the monuments and Curtis was superb keeping us save while on the bus. We enjoyed throughly. Thank you!!

Madge_M, Apr 2026
Wonderful views and photo ops. Raphael was very knowledgeable. Tania the driver was a hoot!! Don’t miss this tour!
Linda_C, Apr 2026
This was a great tour! After visiting many of the monuments during the day, I was afraid this would seem redundant. Not the case. It really enhanced our daytime experience, as the guide gave us more information and some of the monuments looked very different and very beautiful! We were blessed with perfect weather, and Jack, our tour guide, was fantastic. Highly recommend.
Alison_C, Apr 2026
Deion and Tryone, our guide and bus driver, we're both absolutely excellent! Tyrone made us feel welcome and was extremely helpful. Even dropped us back at the Embassy Suite in Georgetown DC. Dion could have been a college professor with how knowledgeable he was about all the monuments and associated history. Is anecdotes and obscure information were incredibly accurate and educational as well as entertaining. You definitely will be walking some but not nearly as much as if you were just dropped off at the mall to walk around to all of them. We did the night monument bus tour and could see everything and stopped and spent enough time to enjoy things as well. Highly recommend!
Nicholas_P, Apr 2026
Very entertaining and very educational. I loved it and saw all the monuments and memorials I wanted to see.
Catherine_C, Apr 2026
Will and Shawn were amazing tour guides! They had so much knowledge of all of our US history and were really great at answering any questions. I would suggest having dinner before the tour begins as we had little ones who were starving once tour ended! I would definitely recommend this tour if in the DC area.
Courtney_B, Apr 2026
It was a wonderful way to see the sites. We had a great time. The only suggestion that I have is to keep the lights off on the bus when parked so that the bugs don’t come out. Overall, it was a great experience for my 13 year-old and her first visit here.
Pamela_C, Apr 2026
This tour is a must! So informative and fun! Beautiful sights at night in a small group setting. This is the way to do it!
Carol_B, Apr 2026
This is probably my favorite tour in Washington DC (other than the FBI experience).
I loved the motorcoach. We upgraded to the nicer vehicle which was very comfortable. Since it was a nice evening, we opted to have the bus driver remove the glass top so we could go convertible. Definitely the best type of vehicle to see the monuments at night.
Seeing the monuments lit up at sunset and at night was a thrill. Absolutely gorgeous. A must see for every visitor to Washington DC!
But it was our guide that made the tour truly memorable. His grasp of history about the area and the monuments themselves was bar none. Not only did he regale us with historical facts and stories, but he did it in such a lively, fun and entertaining way. He truly had his audience captivated.
I highly recommend this tour!

Dion was a great guide. Getting on and off the bus several times, after walking all over DC, was hard on my 65 year old knees
Devin_F, Apr 2026
We upgraded to the van with the glass top convertible. Can’t speak for the other tours, but Will and Miller did a great job. Will knows tons of info about the monuments. Miller was our driver and navigated construction well enough that our tour did not go over. Money well spent.
Zoe_B, Apr 2026
This was our favorite tour so far. The monuments look amazing at night. We were introduced to many we had not seen before. I highly recommend doing the open air bus as compared to the regular bus. Will, our tour guide was both very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and our driver, Rick was friendly and engaging.
