Beautiful Monuments

Gina_T, Mar 2026
This was a great way to see Washington DC at night. The monuments were gorgeous lit up. We learned a lot that we wouldn’t have if we walked around ourselves. It was a nice way to spend the night after a long day of walking.

This was a great tour,...

This was a great tour, but try to stay away from the second row of seats as the view is somewhat blocked .

Tour Guide Buckeye

Ashley_C, Mar 2026
Awesome tour with stops at the famous monuments. Definitely recommend tour guide Buckeye, he was very knowledgeable and great guide!

Great nighttime tour!!

CarrieW, Mar 2026
Great tour to see the major sites at night. Our tour guide, Buckeye, was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The time spent at each stop was perfect. There was plenty of time to see everything without a lot of waiting around. Our only issue was that the trolley was completely filled and our seats had a blocked view out of one side.

Definitely worth it! ...

Definitely worth it! Beautiful sights at night. Very informative. Birdy, our tour guide, was terrific!

Fantastic, highly recommend doing this tour

Randal_B, Mar 2026
the stops were 2 minutes or less. Hardly enough time to even try and get off of the bus. The driver on the red route was not friendly, borderline rude.

Don't miss this

Dora_C, Mar 2026
The monuments look so beautiful at night. A completely different experience. Our tour guide Smiley was funny and really made a point to include the kids so they paid attention and hopefully will remember some of the amazing points in history they had the amazing Smiley making it fun to learn. Highly recommend this tour. Make sure to visit the memorial wall and Arlington National Cemetary to show and hopefully learn just how many people sacrificed their life so we may live free.

Great tour and guide

Great trip!

Jennifer_V, Feb 2026
Excellent trip! The tour guide was funny, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Washington DC! I highly recommend ✨✨✨

Moonlight is magical! Great tour!

Kathy_A, Feb 2026
Loved our tour guide MJ. Many of the sights were pointed out quickly as we passed by, but the purpose of the tour was the monuments anyway. I appreciated hearing about all of the interesting places and stories on th way. It was a beautiful night and great way to see the grandeur of the monuments.

Disappointment from start to finish - no visibility

Jennifer_P, Feb 2026
Tour operators interested in making money more than the experience. This is a night tour based heavily on what you can see through your window and in the dark. If it is raining, and you know that there is heavy condensation on the plastic roll-up windows, and clients will not see ANYTHING, then cancel it and give refunds and advise that the trip would notbe worth anybody's time. This has happened on so many other tours, and I respect that the operators know when to call it quits. On this tour, they robotically did the tour whilst we saw nothing. My kids fell asleep for most of the tour because there was nothing to see on the foggy plastic flap windows. And yes, we rolled up the windows, but you can only take so much rain on your jackets and face at 40 degrees outside. It just doesn't make sense to drive around and point at things that no one can see ....and you should be more experienced to advise your guests that visibility will be next to nothing, so you are canceling. But you took everyone's money anyway .....

Worth the cost!

Ruth_A, Feb 2026
Make sure you know where to catch the Trolley/bus. I would call to confirm and not just rely on the e-mail. Not all the monuments are good for viewing at night.

Optional

Angela_D, Feb 2026
When it’s cold, the plastic windows are down and it’s slightly harder to see. Lincoln stop is a little short given the current ramp.

First time at Washington DC🇺🇸

Valerie_S, Feb 2026
Nice, everything is close. Very COLD outside. Tour guide was informative. Hotel was nice. Glad to see the restoration of the monuments and clean up of the park areas for the 250th celebration.

Highly recommend!

Disappointed

Rance_M, Jan 2026
I have no ideas. We arrived five minutes late and the trolley was gone. Being that we're traveling from out of town from florida. It didn't seem unrealistic that we might be a few minutes late, trying to figure out how to go to the pickup location. Also, there were delays on the metro. That we had no control over.

Tour review

Jin_S, Jan 2026
It was a nice tour! I could go important spots where I could not go alone. My children also like this tour.

Great experience

Dawn_B, Jan 2026
Interesting guide and easy on/offexperience. Tour gave a good general overview of many sites for those who don't have a full day to see DC

Refund

Kiran_G, Jan 2026
I did not get picked up because the trolley did not arrive at the pick up location. There were 2 locations to be picked up from to choose and I chose 50 Massachusetts but it did not arrive there

Smiley is the best tour guide!

Jacki_S, Dec 2025

There was some confusion...

thomas_V, Dec 2025
There was some confusion over where they would pick us up. They sold us a ticket to be picked up at Union Station, and we ended up in line at Ford's Theatre. They were kind and considerate after that mix up.

Was very informative and...

Michelle_A, Dec 2025
Was very informative and the tour guide was awesome. Dc is beautiful, just wish the Government shut didn’t make it difficult for us to go inside some places.

It was too cold to freeze for pictures

Nancy_G, Dec 2025
The start of the tour was good then mj wants to suggest opening windows in 27 degrees and Wendy hen we asked if he could turn the heat up him and another passenger mocked us claiming that they are warm and mj says he has long Jo’s on h wouldn’t lower the window even when they get off the bus the consideration for others wasn’t there and we spent too much money to freeze unnecessarily this was so bad we got off te tour early and cought a uber back i believe we need a refund
