This tour was the highlight of our trip to D.C. The start was delayed due to a presidential movement, but the operator and tour guide more than made up for it. The stories, history, and trivia kept the entire experience engaging and interactive.
The guide even adjusted the route to accommodate military members, which was a true class act.
I would absolutely recommend this tour. Be ready to walk a bit, as they get you as close to the sites as possible.

Extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful tour guide and tour bus drivers. My family and I really enjoyed the tour and being able to see the beautiful monuments and understanding what they mean. The weather was cold and a little rainy so would recommend looking ahead of time to go during good weather.

Great experience! I love the bus taking your around but still being able to get off and take pictures! Jay and Karim were amazing and very knowledgeable. There were some traffic snags that they handled with grace and pivoted amazingly!

This was a very informative experience curated by Regis. Karim was so knowledgeable and authentic in his story telling of history and relating it to the present. Jay was an incredible driver who demonstrated his understanding of navigating the city during such a busy season (cherry blossom festival, the construction and re-routed pathways for various events). Only first few rows could hear the tour guide. All others could not hear. He was told multiple times and still did majority of speaking from front seat. He also had accent and was very hard to understand. I have been on several other tours and they were great.

Excellent tour. Our guide was fantastic, we hit every stop that was promised, which was a lot. It would’ve been five stars except because we were two minutes late… My youngest son had to sit on the wheel well in the last row instead of a real seat because there wasn’t enough seats to accommodate the entire group.

Our driver/guide was very nice but his accent was so very heavy it was extremely difficult to understand a word he said so I did not get the benefit of the history that was being shared. We were entering and exiting the vehicle in the dark. He would tell us to watch our step but offered no assistance. We had a hard time understanding our tour guide. English was his second language and we appreciated it. Our group was from NC and KY. We just could not understand him all the time so some things were missed. He included biased and some false information about recent historical facts.
Also we had some older women. Our guide would say watch your step but provided no light for the path or steps or assist. This was a thing noticed by all. Thank God we had our own lights on our phones. This bus was all women.

Sooo many awesome stops on this tour with plenty of time to take pictures. This was a pretty amazing experience for my first time and night in DC. I wish they had better lighting at some of the locations but the MLK, Jefferson and Lincoln memorials were my favorite. My tour guide was Regis, who delivered great energy, hospitality, facts, trivia, and knowledge at every location. He shared his personal story and it shed light on his true love for this country. At first we weren't sure if we were in the correct meeting spot, but Kareem showed up and off we went! We saw so many sites, more than expected. The van was warm and felt great after being outside for a few minutes at each stop. Our tour lasted almost 3.5 hours! So many history stories & trivia! Highly recommend this!

I was quite disappointed with this tour. The guide spoke English with a very strong French-African accent, which made it difficult to understand much of what he was saying. In addition, when he let people out to look around, he didn’t do a head count before leaving, which felt disorganized and a bit unsafe.

I would like to acknowledge that we observed you wearing hearing devices in both ears, and it seemed you were somewhat confused even before the tour commenced. We recognized your hearing impairment and made every effort to accommodate your needs. Additionally, we noted your strong British accent, which may have contributed to the challenges in understanding the instructions and navigating the city, despite our assistance.
I would also like to express that my strong French African accent is an integral part of my identity, and I have no intention of altering it. I believe the root of your frustration stemmed from your request for me to order an Uber for you. I kindly informed you that I do not have the app, and suggested that you hail a taxi instead. There are typically many taxis available on the north side of the White House, especially since you chose to remain at the last stop there. I understand that you did not have a local phone number, and we provided you with clear instructions on how to secure a taxi, but it appears these instructions were not followed.
At each stop, we communicated the time we would spend there as well as the return time, and we ensured that each guest was accounted for by name before departing. In our practice, we adhere to a rule in the USA that no guest is left behind, as we consider our guests to be like family members.
