A great way to see all the significant sites. Comfortable ride, plenty of time to stop and view and take photos. Most of all, a terrific guide. Amanda was fun, relaxed, interesting and eager to show us around. Great evening out (even in the heat) with the family. Our daughters said it was their favorite part of the day!

This was a great experience. We stopped at the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial and MLK Memorial with time to walk around and take pictures. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining. The open air vehicle was great in the heat as it cooled us down as we drove around. Highly recommend.

The wrong tour guide can ruin your entire tour.

Courtnye_S, Sep 2026
This was a nice riding tour. Our tour guide Reggie, knows a lot of information but isn’t overly friendly and was borderline rude when we first met up with. A simple question like “how long have you been giving these tours” was responded with a quick “somehow ever tour a get asked that at the most inappropriate moment, now wasn’t appropriate but..and we never got an answer. Other groups appeared to energetic, fun, guides and seemed to really have a great time on their tour. Sadly we didn’t have that experience.

Courtland was our tour guide and he was absolutely amazing!!! So knowledgeable and had answers to all of my kids questions

Patrick was a delight.

Lucinda_c, Sep 2026
This tour lived up to our expectations. The cart was comfortable and we felt very close to all the monuments. We were able to see everything. Patrick was a wonderful tour guide. He was able to tell wonderful stories about the history of the city. His recommendation to see the Korean War Memorial at night was spot on. Patrick was very accommodating to all of us and was even able to drop us at our hotel at the end of the tour because it was on his way to the end point. Thank you.

Good Job Chris!

Tepora_P, Sep 2026
Our Driver Chris was very professional. He was knowledgeable with the history and made our experience fun. Very engaged and made sure we were safe at all times. Thank you Chris!

This is the way to see DC. Our tour guide Ellen was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations on other things to see and do.

You are basically paying for an overpriced ride

Oleksandra_P, Sep 2026
I saw so many great reviews about this tour so me and my friends were really looking forward to it plus it was our first time in DC and we wanted to not only see but learn something about the places the tour was covering. Unfortunately, this was a bad experience from the very beginning. Our group had two different reservations and it happened that we got assigned to different e-carts when booked online. Instead of just putting our group in the same cart they made such a big deal out of it, didn’t even explain why it wasn’t possible, even though we were there early and one of the carts was completely empty upon our arrival so that didn’t make any sense. We didn’t want to argue so we just accepted the situation, even though they could clearly see that we weren’t happy. The tour itself was very mediocre- you are mostly paying for the ride. One of the tour guides seemed completely disinterested in his job and barely shared any interesting facts/information about the city or monuments that we were seeing. At the end of the tour they kind of pressured us into giving them tips in front of everyone which felt super awkward. If we wanted to thank them we would do that without being asked. The tour itself wasn’t even worth the price that we paid for it so giving tips was out of question. Unfortunate I wouldn’t recommend this tour.

Excellent tour, Lorenzo is a great guide.

Incredible day spent at Arlington!

Lisa_R, Sep 2026
This is the only tour you should take of Arlington National Cemetery. Not only is Eric incredibly knowledgeable , he has wonderful stories about the various people interred there. If you love history, especially military history you must do a tour with Eric.

Dede was knowledgeable!...

Fun time

Pattie_F, Sep 2026
Our guide Ellen, was very knowledgeable and engaging. She made sure that even the 15 y/o was into the tour. She was asking questions and he was responding, and same with my 88 y/o mom. We had a variety of ages on that car and she made sure that we all enjoyed ourselves and we had the best time and learned so much and enjoyed the entire trip.

A must do

Teresa_T, Sep 2026
Peter was amazing...Made the experience fun and educational. Extra kudos for dropping us off a5 our hotel afterwards!

Great evening tour

Alyn_G, Sep 2026
We had a great time traveling around the monuments as it was getting dark and seeing them all lit up. Lorenzo was a great guide who was both informative and funny.

A very well planned tour.

Natalya_K, Sep 2026
The tour was very well planned; major memorial were included, two stops were included to visit MLK and Lincoln memorials (and refresh) Our tour guide Cortland was very knowledgeable and experienced. His stories were engaging and full of interesting information. On the whole, the tour was excellent.

They canceled 30 minutes before

bryner59, Sep 2026
They unfortunately canceled about 30 minutes before. However, they did call. I know things happen but it really changed our day in DC. I have some health issues so it put me in a difficult position.

Response from Host, Sep 2026

Dear Bryner, We are sorry for the disappointment and frustration caused by the cancellation of your tour. This should have been communicated to you in advance, and we sincerely apologise that this did not happen. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we are truly sorry for the way this situation was handled. We are currently reviewing what happened to help prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you again for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologise for letting you down on this occasion and appreciate your understanding. Best regards, Intrepid Urban Adventures Team

A must-do!

Diane_N, Aug 2026
Such a fun and simple way to see the beauty of DC and the monuments by moonlight! The experience was seamless and well done Would highly recommend!

Nice way to see several monuments.

Polly_N, Aug 2026
Enjoyable trip and our guide was super friendly but there are several photo opportunities that seem to be zipped on by that are not "monuments" to speak of. We had great weather so it made it very pleasant during tge ride. Its an easy way to see several monuments without tge walk.

Best way to see the monuments

Hayley_U, Aug 2026
Such a great experience! Amazing way to see the monuments and not get sooo tired walking to them all. Our guide, Peter, was so knowledgeable about literally everything. Loved hearing the history of some the oldest places in our country with a personal touch. And we had ample time to get out and see the monuments instead of just driving past.
