10/10 would recommend
This was an amazing experience from the beginning to the end. Got picked up on time from back bay area and everything worked as scheduled. Very friendly people, the bus driver and the tour guide were very knowledgeable and funny. Got a great taste of Martha’s Vineyard with enough free time to explore. Got back in back bay by 6:30pm.

Great excursion
Knowledgeable naturalist shared a lot of interesting information throughout the trip. We were fortunate to see about 20 whales! Boat was roomy and comfortable. Notes: I had read it would be 3 hours but actual time was 4. Wish I’d brought a light jacket and some sunscreen.

Walk and Learn at the Same Time!
You WILL get your steps in and learn a lot at the same time! Coming from AZ, I’m accustomed to the heat of June, but the humidity was a challenge for me. Our tour guide, Miss Alex, was lively, engaging, and informative. The sights and stories were memorable and I took tons of pictures! Since I was attending the tour alone and I’m in a city I’ve never visited before I did find myself wishing that when the tour ended, that I had been closer to where I’d parked my rental car. My phone navigation directed me, but it was a 25 minute walk by myself back to my car. Because of that, I would recommend doing this tour with a friend.

An absolute MUST do
An absolute must-do, whether you're from Boston, nearby, or visiting from far away. It's such a great way to see the city without dealing with traffic or miles of walking, and you get the full story of Boston from start to finish. I would absolutely add this to your Boston bucket list. And that's coming from someone who says "CHOWDAH" -- the best experience in town!

Boston’s revolutionary past, elegant architecture, scenic harbor, and great food make a potent mix. Topping the history agenda are tours of the Freedom Trail, a 16-point route around the city’s American Revolution sites, followed by hop-on hop-off trolleys, boat-and-bus combos, and harbor cruises that deliver varying perspectives on the city, old and new. Next come special-interest Boston tours: Explore the Tea Party Ships museum, Cambridge’s Harvard campus, and baseball’s Fenway Park; savor the city's beloved seafood and Italian-inspired dishes; and join ghost-themed trolley rides. Then, if time allows, cast your net wider by heading to nearby Salem or Martha’s Vineyard.
