This was by far the best ghost tour I’ve ever been on. It was an actual ghost tour, full of real stories and a lot of history of the city. Our tour guide was incredible and knew a ton of history about the city. He was great to talk to, listen to, and ask questions to. He answered everything and hung out after the tour to swap more ghost stories. There were no weird actors popping out to scare anyone (just real honest stories).

Meeting place was easy to find. Tour started on time. Guide was very friendly and asked the group if they had any questions throughout the tour. It was an ok experience, and gave us something to do while visiting Boston. I’d say it was Ok. Not ghostly or spooky enough.

More of a history tour than ghost. Informative but not scary. The tour guide was nice enough. The entire tour is outside, it would've been nice to go into the Parker house or the other mansion in Beacon Hill.

Our goal is to create an atmospheric, historically grounded experience rather than a jump-scare style tour.

As for visiting indoor locations such as the Omni Parker House or private Beacon Hill residences, those buildings do not permit access for walking tour groups, but we share the stories connected to them as closely as city guidelines allow.

The tour guide is an impressive storyteller.
Finding the starting location was confusing. The group meets directly across the street from the Emerson address as indicated in the directions.

The guide was friendly and clear, but reading from notes hurt her credibility. The tour was advertised as eerie and gory but was mild—more PG, even G. Great for kids, but disappointing for adults.
