Cruise was canceled. I was very disappointed - They sent an email but I was on a plane so it didn’t come thru for hours. We were looking for an Uber before we realized it was canceled.
When we went to book this excursion, we spoke to someone on the phone due to our party being 20 people big. On the phone the agent let us know that the event was from 6:30-8:30 but that you could check in between 6-6:30. We first went to the main office of this place. It was closed at 6.. interesting. We tried waving down the crew on the boats from the same company but they were very focused. We called countless times. We noticed on the tickets it had a different address which was about 2 blocks away. We went there and found another desk in an office of many boats. we must of arrived by 6:15 at the latest. During this entire time we had 4 different people calling any number we could find on the tickets, on the side of the building, viator, all of the above. At that time another boat company had mentioned to us that the people that represent this company had left early. When I finally got ahold of someone on the sales side they stated there was nothing they could do as they only sold the tickets and that the main office closed at 6pm. And when I stated that I had started calling at 5:55 and no answer they again stated there was nothing they could do. You'd think that a party of 20 would be big enough to at least call and see if something had happened or if we were in the right place. Really disappointing.
Very professional tour that cruised across the Boston Harbor. 2 hours was sufficient time to cross the breathtaking skyline twice.
Narrations were good and not overwhelming. It had rained the day before and all the seating outside was wet. This was the only dislike. Everything else was great.
It was a beautiful evening cruise. We enjoyed the charcuterie board and wine as we sailed around. A must do activity!
The cruise is great. The weather and breeze were delightful and the views of the sunset—and the planes taking off overhead—were a ton of fun. Mike, Charlie, and Claire also took great care of us with affordable drinks. Highly recommend.

So much fun! Big boat with plenty of room to move around. Great tour/views of Boston. Bar/snacks were great too!
Great cruise around downtown Boston. Enjoyed the tour and the captain pointed out several sights as we rode around. The sun was covered by a cloud just as it was setting, but it was still beautiful to watch. Great crew as well. Highly recommend.

The on line brochure showed a sailing ship and I was looking forward to that but it was a large cruising craft

The sunset harbour cruise was so beautiful. Seeing the city at night with the setting sun was magical. I highly recommend it.
We had a large group of 11. This was a great space for us to hang out and visit with each other. Relaxing and one of the highlights of our week in Boston.

Wonderful evening for a sunset cruise. It was a great experience. Get there early so you can get a seat on the top under the canopy.
Nice, picturesque cruise around Boston Harbor. Sunset views were great. Crew were friendly and attentive, would definitely recommend.
The boat driver seemed preoccupied and offered little to no information as we sailed. We did this once before and it was so much better

So fun! Drinks and snacks are available. Went on a “later” cruise (7-9) and just had the most beautiful views catching the sun setting. Great staff!
