This was such a fun, informative and beautiful end of the day activity! The tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and the perfect person for this job. The city views were breathtaking and the sunset just added to the experience. I can’t recommend this enough. If we return to Boston, which we will, this will be back on our list!

It was a lovely cruise but there were not enough seats for everyone and it was very crowded on the 2 decks.
Christell_B, Aug 2026
While the experience was great, we were unable to hear the tour guide at all. We sat in the back for the views but had no idea what we were looking at- i recommend letting guests know that you can only hear if you sit upfront or invest in a better sound system.

Horrible. What I spent was not worth it at all. Super over priced and crowded I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Donna_R, Aug 2026
Bait and switch. It is not the beautiful yacht as pictured. It is a large metal bay boat. I do not think the boat we were on was what I paid for. But guide was very very good
Jody_G, Jul 2026
Beautiful view of the city skyline and learned so much about the waterfront we did not know. Would have preferred a little less talking from narrator & crowd to be able to just enjoy the views.
Courtenay_N, Jul 2026
Beautiful views, fantastic crew, very informative!
This cruise is a must-do whether you’re a first timer in Boston or repeat visitor!
Alicia_A, Jul 2026
This was okay but packed us on and there weren’t enough chairs. Only offered pictures to the people at the front of the line. I would do this again but not through this company.
Cary_H, Jul 2026
The sunset was beautiful. The planes pattern over the ship was so amazing to watch. The history narrative was so interesting.
Michael_D, Jul 2026
Great guide great experience! We both enjoyed it! So knowledgeable about the history and area lots of fun
Danny_B, Jul 2026
We booked through Viator which was a 3rd party for the Boston harbor tour we booked, and the instructions in the Viator app were wrong about the arrival time. The time provided to us was 7pm and we arrived at 7pm and were unallowed to board and take the cruise, and they would not issue a refund. Very disappointed that this group would not provide a refund due to misinformation.
Chris_T, Jul 2026
This cruise is well done - a little bit of storytelling and history with great views. The route ends with a BANG!
Diana_L, Jul 2026
Don’t take this tour unless weather is sunny. The boat is not the same as picture in the Viator ads. Very basic no ambiance and really long when weather is foggy and limited view. Our guide was knowledgeable and fine but trip was disappointing
Aniruddha_S, Jul 2026
Wonderful cruise and learning points from the crew members about the history of Boston. Sunset views were gorgeous and would definitely do it again
Elaine_O, Jul 2026
Excellent sunset cruise that they modified to include the Tall Ships. Excellent tour guide and boat captain who modified the usual trip for the special event. Excellent ride!!
Susan_S, Jul 2026
The sunset cruise was a beautiful, relaxing way to end an evening after early dinner and a must do. We enjoyed the views of Boston Harbor, planes flying close overhead for landing at Logan, clear, colorful sunset, capped by the USS Constitution’s cannon fire. What made it even more special was the unexpected sighting of majestic, tall sail ships as the Parade of Sails had taken place earlier in the day. We chose to sit indoors after a full day of sun, yet we still managed to capture special photos out of open windows or just walking out to the deck area to view and memorialize the bright sunset and views. The only downside was the poor condition of our ship’s speakers so that we could not clearly hear the host’s narration.

Super informative. Our guide Kevin did an amazing job. The history of the islands and how Boston is mostly sitting on made land was very interesting.
Lydia_S, Jul 2026
Get there 45 mins early if u want a good seat. Take your reusable water bottle. No food and No wine - only bottled beers and very limited liquor drink options. Plan accordingly ;) it was a pretty calm ride. Lots of good history. Hard to hear the lady but she meant well and was full of fun facts about Boston.
Robert_P, Jul 2026
The tour was ok - it is a very large boat, which I did know when booking, but since I normally go with smaller group boat trips it was a bit of a shock. The queue to board was extremely long, and being later in the queue meant less likely to get good seats. There was still plenty of space on the boat. The bar line was fairly long and slow. The commentary was very interesting and the views were good too. I think probably overpriced given it is such a large group. Still enjoyed the experience
Richard_H, Jul 2026
Great narrated tour of Boston Harbor capped off with a sunset. We had done the same tour several years ago and it was consistent with the previous. Fully recommend.
Long_K, Jul 2026
Beautiful, majestic and patriotic sunset cruise!. Excellent and informative narrative. Pleasant atmosphere . Wonderful cityscape. Beautiful islands. Retired color and gun salute on USS Constitution
Migni_c, Jun 2026
Be there before the boarding time so your first in line a get a good spot on the boat narrator is funny
Kathy_B, Jun 2026
Great cruise! Lots of good information and beautiful sunset. Good variety of drinks at the bar. Highly recommend!
Ashley_K, Jun 2026
Stunning views of the Boston Harbor and a fun, informative guide. Would absolutely do again next time we're in Boston!!
Cameron_D, Jun 2026
Great sightseeing experience. Got to see everything across the bay. The tour guide did a great job too
Amy_M, Jun 2026
This was a horrible experience. We came from Iowa and had this booked for 7pm. We arrived there a minute or two before 7pm, and the ship was closed. We are not familiar with this area, and I tried to explain our situation to the man that was in charge, and he would not listen. He was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. Not sure why he has the job he has. I will never use your services again and I plan on telling others my experience.
Ray_C, Jun 2026
Best experience ive had in Boston! Was definitely breathtaking especially since it was my first time being on a boat!
Sheri_H, Jun 2026
Not enough seating on top deck; had to sit mid boat; not a good view. Pass by wasn’t what I expected.
Susie_S, May 2026
More info about decks, seating. Ship (BayState) could use some TLC, guide in red shirt and kilt was awesome and knowledgeable. Pictures were cheesy and not interested in that type of trap.
Keith_B, May 2026
Excellent option for booking activities, tours. Easy and accurate communication with source. Frequent user.
Laura_L, May 2026
