An excellent walking food and history tour of the North End neighborhood of Boston, with enough food to make a satisfying lunch and plenty of walking to burn off the extra calories! Chloe, our tour guide, was friendly, knowledgeable, adaptable, and responsive to our questions and interests. She made us love Boston and its food even more!

"Mother Goose" was AMAZING!!! We all learned so much!! Took our 15 year old grandson, who is a history fanatic, on the tour with 2 of our adult kids. All of us were so interested!! Our guide kept it upbeat, factual, so incredibly interesting, and fun. She tried to keep us out of the hot sun as much as possible. Greatly appreciated!! GREAT JOB Mother Goose!!!

My wife and I have gone on a number of ghost tours in cities across the United States, and this was one of our favorites — and I just because we were riding in a themed trolley! Each one of the guides was fully in character throughout and provided a ton of interesting facts about the city, its hauntings, and some of its most famous former residents. In addition to hearing scary tales, we appreciate learning things we had never considered before. This tour did exactly that — while balancing some light humor throughout. If you have a few hours to spend in Boston, this is totally worth the time

It’s a comprehensive tour around the campus and he’s very good about what he’s doing He gave us a tour of the buildings in the campus an d also the history of who went to Harvard University and impressed how the very successful students became the presidents of the United States. It’s an amazing thing to know .

I used the City Trolley for two days, The driver I had on my second day I think his name was Ervin was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He was helpful as well to Spanish speaking riders Loved meeting Willy by the stop 1 area, so very friendly and great recommendations for lunch

The experience was fun, lively, and easy to follow—even with kids in the group, it stayed engaging throughout. That said, for the price, it felt a bit small and somewhat rushed, which was a little disappointing. Still, it was an enjoyable experience overall and worth checking out if you're interested in interactive history.

We enjoyed this tour very much. It’s a great choice for cruisers with limited time, who don’t mind some walking in between stops. We were able to spend our time at the sites we chose, and skip the ones we didn’t. We walked to the start stop 1, from cruise port, about 1.9 miles. Nice easy flat walk with several interesting things to see. The walk up the hill at stop 3, to the old north church and back down to the trolly, was a bit of a challenge but not too bad, we just took our time. We chose to end at stop 9 to walk back to cruise port to see a little more of the city. It was also an easy (less than 2 miles) flat walk. As reasonably fit 60 & 65 year olds, we thought it a good balance of our time and energy. We did not have any issues reboarding any of the trolleys as some reviews had complaints. I can see if it’s high season that could be an issue.

Loved it. Pacing was great and appreciated different narrators to change it up. Level of detail was informative without being overwhelming. Could pause at any time we wanted more detail. Stopped at Boston Massacre square to enjoy a beer flight at Sam Adams brewery. Nice walk on a beautiful day. Highlight was hearing the Old North Church Bells ring on the hour.
