Booked this tour the day before, after ensuring the weather would be dry. Note that early arrival/check-in is critical for this experience. I was killing time and got there 40 minutes before the start time. That was great since I got checked in and a prime spot on the trolley. Bernard did a good job of both being entertaining and informational. He worked very hard and was invested in his job. My only suggestion would be to have some additional Boston stories, facts, neighborhood info to share if stuck in traffic. There is so much history to share (even if not spooky) that it would be easy to have something meaningful to share if time requires. I would recommend this tour. It was fun and the trolley allowed us to go to multiple areas, versus the limitations of a walking tour.
Had a fantastic time! The tour guides were so funny and knowledgeable about the history of Boston. Made the whole trip a blast.
Brilliant loved it all, excellent staff, great trolley bus , good stories and good stops along the way. Great way to pass a couple of hours on a windy night in Boston. Whole different perspective on some landmark stops.
This was my favorite tour in Boston that we did! You go to graveyards and learn about spooky things, the history is fun to learn too. Our guide was amazing!
The team who puts on this tour is amazing. Right from approaching them on the sidewalk to on the trolley. Lots of fun, well worth it.
Very dramatic characters on the bus. Anthrax was highly entertaining. Not necessarily good for kids.

This was a great tour! A lot of great info, some good stops for gravesites that are definitely worth seeing. Very entertaining and informative guide. The whole team was great. From check-in to exiting they made it fun. They talked to the people waiting to board which was great because it gave people something to find in common with other guests. The music on the trolly was timed to work with the story. The driver was great! The one caveat for people with bad knees/hips…the steps are similar to a tour bus’s and the walk up to Cop Hill Burying Ground is no joke. Wear your knee brace! Lol you do have the option to stay on the bus if you don’t want to take the walk up the hill. One of my favorite tours yet. Jungle cruise level jokes blended with facts in a way that had us chuckling and saying “ohhhh wow” the whole time.
Definitely a great experience! Loved Dr. Atticus Nobody and ghostly tails of old Boston! Take this tour you wont regret it!
It was a fun experience. Learned some interesting facts. The actor in the graveyard was great. Boston is such a beautiful city. The trolley is nice as well.
Petunia was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and easy to listen to. Highly recommend her. Matteo was new and needs some time. I think he tried too hard to be animated that he was hard to understand at times. Overall an ok tour.
My husband and I did the Ghosts and Gravestones Trolley Tour and it exceeded every expectation. The guide struck the perfect balance between genuinely spooky storytelling and laugh-out-loud humor. You could tell they really knew their history, not just the ghost stories but the real Boston backstory behind each stop. The trolley itself was comfortable and the "graveyard airing out" stops let us stretch our legs and actually explore instead of just driving past everything.
We learned so much about Boston's darker history that you'd never get on a regular tour, and the nighttime atmosphere made it feel like a totally different city. Great for couples, families, or anyone who loves a good ghost story with real substance behind it. Highly recommend, especially for Halloween season!
This was so fun! We got to learn a little bit about the history and some spooky stories of Bostons past. The guides are great. Nice mix of walking and riding the trolley. They get access to gravesites that are normally locked at night, so it’s a unique experience.
We came a day earlier then we thought accidentally and they still let us on it was very kind something they didn't have to do, it was incredibly pleasant and awesome we got to go into the graveyards after dark! Ronnie was a great tour guide!

At some points you had to walk up a large hill. Once it was dark you needto be careful walking in the cemetary

Our tour guide worked very hard and tried their best, but the overall tour fell flat. According to our 14-year-old grandchild, the experience was "lame." It might be okay for younger kids, but it did not hold the interest of a teenager or the grandparents!

Great tour.....tour guides told so many stories...wish the tour lasted a little longer. Especially liked our guide pointing out the "big fricking hill" we would be walking up. Highly recommend-so many places to go back and visit during the day.

A fun and historically interesting tour of 3 locations. Not very “ghosty” but had good stories, some bloody and creepy! Tour guide had just the right dramatic flair! The cemeteries are unlike any I’ve seen. Definitely worth the time and money!
It was more of a history tour than a ghost tour. We enjoyed it but it wasn’t scary at all. The towered well told and interesting. It was worth it but not super ghostly or creepy.
