Dan was fantastic! It was just my daughter and me and it was great getting a lot of insight about the history and suggestions for food from a "non foodie". Overall a great time a A LOT of food.

Check with the company before you book!!! I booked months in advance for this tour. This has nothing to do with Boston or the tour. It has to do with Viator! We plan our day go to the Boston Tea Party experience and I get a text asking if I’m here. No my booking is at 5. Get a text saying no booking is at 5. So basically it was cancelled with a partial refund after I booked another tour.

Our guide (Dan) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The restaurants visited were fantastic. Chowder and lobster rolls might have been the best we ever had. Would definitely recommend to friends traveling to Boston.

Our guide was great but the tour was a lot slower paced than I anticipated. The history portion was very brief. At each of the 4 stops we waited in line, we ordered and waited to be served, and then checked out. I guess I expected everything to be ready upon arrival for the tour. Maybe Boston just doesn’t work that way. Overall, we still had a good time.
Side note… we had a baby in a stroller. So the slow pace and lots of sitting kind of worked out for us.

I was the only person who registered so it got canceled so was kind of bummed. They did contact me about 2 hours before and offered switching me to the pizza tour but was not interested in that. Hope I get my refund soon.

My mom and I came to Boston for a long weekend and wanted to try some good seafood but didn’t know where to start. We found this 3 hour seafood tour and thought why not? So glad we did! Not only did we have some amazing seafood we had an amazing tour guide (Dan) who stopped and gave us some history (and took pictures) along the way. He is also a hoot. Would highly recommend!

OmG!! The chowder was amazing!! Get the bowl!! Lol Tried raw oysters and my husband found a tiny pearl in his. Shrimp was huge and tasty too!! Lobster rolls melted in your mouth and full of flavor! History of the area was a bonus!! Will do this tour again!! Loved it!!
