What are people saying about Italy

So much fun!
One of the best experiences we’ve had in Italy! The class was so much fun! We made our own pasta dough under the watchful eye of Carmela, a delightful Italian woman who didn’t speak much English but who you knew instantly if she was pleased (or not) with your dough. She was was so energetic and jumped in the help the kids any time they were struggling. We learned to make 2 kinds of pasta, ground our own pesto, made a meat sauce, and gelato! They really encourage everyone to make as many flavors of gelato as possible so you can try them all! The wine was plentiful and it was just a really great day! All of your hosts- Angela. Stefania, Alessia, Carmela, and Gloria were all so helpful and encouraging! I will say that the only downside is we are a family of 6 with 4 very hungry children and the food didn’t quite serve us all to satisfaction.

Fun, tasty and engaging
We had a wonderful time with our host, she made this experience fun and engaging. I loved her fun yet spunky personality. The wine was wonderful, and the tiramisù was delicious. I would recommend this for anyone,. we found that we had time to talk to others in our group and to get to know out host a little as well.

Fabulous night of pasta making
This class was such fun! My whole family enjoyed the experience. Our class leader was patient and informative. We loved meeting and talking to the people in our group. Our pasta dishes turned out deliciously and the tiramisu was fabulous as well. Highly recommend.

Lots of Fun - Glad we did it.
We weren't sure what to expect but based on other reviews we felt confident that we were in for a fun evening and it did not disappoint. We booked the 8pm class and Manuel was our teacher/chef. He was a hoot and the group had a fun time from start to finish. If you are on the fence about signing up for pizza making - don't hesitate. You really do learn how to make pizza dough the right way. I mean you're in Naples the home of 'pizza' so why not learn the tricks so you can hopefully take it home and make pizza yourself.

Italian food is arguably one of the most beloved cuisines in the world, so Italy is proud (and protective) of its culinary culture. Italy cooking classes let you connect with diverse regional cuisines that range from the Alpine specialties of the north to Mediterranean crowd-pleasers in the south. Tie on an apron, roll up your sleeves, and go hands-on to learn how to prepare authentic risotto in Milan, pici pasta in Tuscany, pizza in Naples, couscous in Sicily, and much more—washing down each triumph in the kitchen with perfectly paired local wine.
