We had such a wonderful time at the pizza making class! The experience was fun, hands-on, and delicious from start to finish. Elisa and the instructors were warm, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy to follow, even for beginners. We loved learning the techniques, and of course, eating our creations at the end was the highlight. This class was one of the best parts of our trip to Rome, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

This was a fun, hands on activity to do at the end of quite a lot of cultural activities. We learned how to press out the dough, shape and stretch the pizza base and then we made our own margherita pizza. It was delicious too (we added prosciutto and rocket). Would definitely recommend to balance out the heavier tour options!

We had a blast in this pizza class! Our new excellent teachers walked us through making both Neapolitan and Roman pizzas in a real Italian pizza kitchen. We were laughing and learning the whole time, would definitely recommend to anyone, no prior cooking experience needed!

You don’t actually make the pizza dough, it would be nice to get the actual recipe of the dough and sauce. Matteo was awesome and so was the chef and staff. Pizza was beautiful

Absolutely great experience. Taught by an authentic Pizza chef from Napoli. So much fun to get our hands into the dough, using fresh simple ingredients to make our own pizzas. We even got to put them in the oven and take them out. And of course, we got to enjoy our creations at a little table outside the restaurant. Sooo good! 🍕🍷

I had been looking forward to this experience the most! I was not disappointed. Elisa did a wonderful job and the owner became one of my favorite people right away. His smile helped me feel comfortable getting into the HOT kitchen. Such kind people! We will never forget this experience. My husband even had a great time!

We have an outdoor pizza oven back home so we really wanted to learn how to make Neapolitan style pizza during our trip to Italy. This experience helped us with that! The class is held at a restaurant just outside the Vatican. With the help of our guide (and translator) Andrea, the restaurant chef taught us how to stretch out the pizza dough. We learnt how to add on pizza sauce and toppings. The restaurant staff then helped us bake our pizzas in the restaurant’s pizza oven. And finally we got to eat our masterpieces. So much fun! Our teenager had a great time as well and the short class time was perfect to hold his interest.
Thank you to the organizers for being flexible and accommodating us at an earlier timeslot on the same day. We had just finished a morning tour of the Vatican and it saved us going back to our airbnb and coming back again to the Vatican area again in the evening.
I do wish the experience included a demo or notes on how to make pizza dough since getting the dough right is something I struggle with back home. But I understand that 1 hour experience is too short to make the dough from scratch so maybe a longer experience that includes that.
Note that the experience includes alcoholic beverages but doesn’t specify which. Please check before you order if you don’t want to pay extra. We made the mistake of not clarifying what drinks were included and ordered 2 glasses of house wine and a Coke. As we were leaving, the waitress asked us to pay for our drinks. Our taxi was waiting and the guide had left by then so we didn’t have time to contest that or check with the organizers. So we ended up paying extra for the drinks.

Best and fun experience, they were so kind and patient (we had our 2 kids with us) and they made them feel so welcomed and involved . We loved the environment and we made really good pizzas. Highly recommend!

This experience was amazing!! We had a scheduling mix up but they accommodated it with ease and ensured we were still able to enjoy this must do activity in Rome. We had 16 people including a combo of adults and teenagers. The experience was fun, the food was great and the staff was attentive and helpful.

Our family had a great time pizza making. Elisa was so helpful and friendly the whole time. She made sure we had fun, took pictures and was welcoming. We each got to make our own pizzas. Our kids age 9 and 5 loved it too. The pizza was very yummy and was a great experience.
