I absolutely loved this pasta-making class! The experience was fun, hands-on, and so rewarding. The instructor Annamaria was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also warm, patient, and encouraging. She broke down each step of the process in a way that was easy to follow, making even the most intricate techniques feel approachable. I appreciated the little tips and tricks she shared—things you’d never find in a recipe book! By the end, I felt confident rolling, shaping, and cooking my own pasta from scratch. The atmosphere was welcoming, and her passion for cooking was contagious. I left not only trying the delicious pasta we made, but also with the inspiration and skills to make it again at home. Truly a wonderful experience—I’d highly recommend this class to anyone! Grazie Annamaria!

Annamaria provides a true authentic pasta making experience. She is passionate about her craft and helped us make amazing pasta! This is a must do activity if visiting for even an afternoon! One of my favorite activities we were able to add to our trip.

We had such a great time. Our chef Danielle was so informative- we made pasta from scratch and he added so much to the experience. The class size was perfect as we shared stories over wine!! So worth the trip. And the town is so beautiful.

Daniella was a great instructor and very patient while teaching us about making orchiette with a simple tomato sauce and plentiful wine to enjoy.
Our only complaint was we were sent an old address and the wrong Google maps link, so it was only by the kindness of locals that we were able to finally locate it a little late and very flustered! We were sent many reminders and updates by email - but all consistently had the wrong details.

Excellent experience. We learnt more than just how to make orecchiette but how to complete an entire meal in a proper way, from the pasta > sauce > components of the dish itself. Daniele was an exceptional teacher and made for a very relaxing and fun few hours. Highly recommend!

We had such an awesome time—definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and educational outing! We learned so much, and the experience was truly unforgettable. We loved this class!! Such a fun, homey atmosphere. The instruction was great - we definitely left knowing far more than when we arrived, but the best part were the teachers. They were so kind, generous, and made us feel like part of their family, even though we were only there for a couple hours. There are so many cooking classes to choose from, and I'm sure they are all great, but this one felt special. Fabulous instruction, great vibes, and exactly what we'd hoped it would be. 10/10 recommend!

That was a fascinating experience that combines making pastas and exposing to interesting knowledge and stories about history, and culture all accompanied by a humorous environment at its best!
The place itself is located in an astonishing typical ancient construction near the sea with its beautiful cliffs.
I truly liked everything! learning the traditions and techniques of making the Orecchiette pasta was so useful and enjoyable.
In addition, we received essential instructions and knowledge about making pasta, sauces, boiling water, etc..
The lunch was extremely delicious, adding Focaccia Barese and typical Leccino olives.
Annamaria, who is accountable for the workshop, is a very passionate, pleasant, and interesting person, I learned from her a lot of skills, history stories, and all of that through her humoristic approach that made all of the workshop participants very dedicated for every part of this experience.
