Loved this experience. Sam was great and enjoyed the owner( can’t remember his name) talking to our class. Eating our pasta we made was amazing. Sam was great explaining how and why to make the pasta. Enjoyed the wine with our meal. We were given all the recipes so we can make our own. Loved the aprons we received as souvenirs. Would definitely recommend this experience.

Incredible hands on experience. You truly learn how to make pasta every step of the way. Sam was just an awesome teacher with an incredible personality. The food tasted amazing and the wine was abundant. Highly recommend and worth every penny.

Great experience! We took the 10:00 AM pasta-making class, and it was fantastic from start to finish. Sam was an amazing chef—she explained each step clearly, made sure everyone understood what to do, and kept the class fun and engaging the whole time. We learned a lot, had a great time, and the fresh pasta we made was delicious. We’d definitely recommend this class to anyone visiting Florence!

We had such an amazing time at this cooking class! We made fresh ravioli, pasta from scratch, and tiramisu—all absolutely delicious. Our instructor, Raphelo (I hope I’m spelling that right!), was fantastic—super helpful, patient, and made the whole experience fun and approachable. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area who wants a hands-on, authentic Italian cooking experience!

We loved our pasta and tiramisu experience. Raf was such an amazing teacher and so passionate about his work and life in general. I attended with my husband and 11 year old son. There were 20 people in the class and we had so much fun.

Very fun experience! We had great fun making parpadelle and ravioli. Chef/ teacher was very energetic and added to the experience! Would suggest they invest in fly traps as there were lots flying about. At times it was a little dysfunctional… wine wasn’t served, and clean glasses etc. not provided.

This was an excellent experience. The class was not rushed, and we enjoyed a very relaxed atmosphere. We were a little worried if our kids (10 and 13) would get much out of the experience, but they both said this was one of their favorite experiences of their entire trip to Italy.

This was a fun class that taught the basics of pasta making! We made our own dough, rolled it out, and shaped the pasta. The cooks then cooked it for us and made the sauce. Delicious!!!

This class was so much fun and we learned a lot about making pasta and tiramisu. Both were delicious because mostly due excellent guidance from our instructor Sam. She was terrific.

The pasta class was GREAT! Kevin was a wonderful pasta guide, as were the “supporting characters” who helped to keep things running smoothly. It was a lot of fun. Two things: 1) Viator stated that the class started at 1:00; however it began at 1:30 and we did not receive notice. Something to iron out as we struggled to make it “on time”, only to wait a half hour. 2) Just a suggestion - A little Italian instrumental music in the background would be a nice extra touch. Overall, a great afternoon - Grazie, Kevin!

I was able to book this amazing experience just a few days ahead because I was traveling solo. We had a wonderful chef who had worked in Michelin starred restaurants. The place was lovely. I had a wonderful time meeting other Americans in Italy and I learned how to make two types of pasta and tiramisu. I would highly recommend this class and plan to bring my family back next time.

Definitely would recommend. Samantha our chef/teacher was amazing. We laughed a ton and learned a lot. The food was fabulous, wine was wonderful and dessert was amazing. Our group of 11 that ranged in age from 18-55 all enjoyed the experience.
