Your chef will welcome you at Via Cesare Balbo 19, near Hotel 77. Use Google Maps to find the meeting point and look for the “Rome with Chef” logo. Arrive 10 minutes early. The meeting point may vary slightly, but both locations are within a 5-minute walk. Late arrivals may not participate.

- This experience isn’t suitable for infants. If they join, they must stay on an adult’s lap since no separate seat or workspace is available.
- Please note that due to the menu we prepare during the class, we are unable to accommodate participants who have coeliac disease, gluten intolerance, and/or follow a vegan diet. We also cannot accommodate lactose intolerance as we use dairy products.
- If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know in advance so we can figure out how to best accommodate your needs.
- Participants under 18 will be served soft drinks instead of alcoholic beverages.

I had the best time making pasta with Chef Nava! She was full of energy, and helpful, explaining every step we took with the hands on pasta making experience. The food AND drinks were delicious, but best of all, I’m now ready to make pasta at home with my hands and simple tools I already have at home. I highly recommend this experience if you are in Rome!
Monica and Aqip were so attentive, informative and friendly. The pasta we made was delicious and we left learning so much about spritz making and pasta making. Would 100% recommend this class to anyone in Rome.

This was one of our BEST experiences in Rome. Chef Gaia and Adib were AWESOME!!!! The group was not oversized, only 8 people. Gaia was able to help us all individually when we were struggling with our dough. Adib was behind the scenes making sure everything went smoothly. We met the most awesome people from Scotland, Japan, and Slovenia (don’t quote me). And the food turned out really good…. Although I’m not gonna lie, i thought my pasta would be mediocre at best lol. You will not regret this experience. And yes I am a real person from the US and can be very judgey at times. But this was one to remember.

We loved this! Domenica and Cheyenne were the best hosts! The spritzes were delicious and I can’t stress enough how good the pasta itself was. Would recommend getting one of each if you are traveling in a pair to try both.

This was a very fun experience! The drinks were clearly explained and fun to make. And our chef (Jem/Jim?) was just great in the kitchen dictating and helping as needed. And his sauces and plating demonstrations were excellent. Highly recommend!

We had the best time! It was our friend's birthday and they made it very special for her. The drinks and food were amazing! Ellie was fun and helpful! We laughed, we danced and sang to the music, we made pasta, we drank every time someone said pasta, and we ate our amazing creations! My husband is still talking about it two weeks later.
