This was the best thing we booked! Laughs all round with shivvi and Mary, they were the best. Definitely worth it, we made the pasta and were shown how to make our cocktails. Run to this cooking class ! This was the highlight of our vacation. The atmosphere was fun & welcoming! The food, drinks & fellowship amongst all of the attendees was absolutely refreshing. Jimmy , the instructor was AMAZING…. the entire staff.

Your chef will welcome you at the venue. Look for the “Rome with Chef” logo. Arrive 10 minutes early at Via Cesare Balbo 19, near Hotel 77. Meeting point may vary but both locations are within a 5-minute walk. Late arrivals may not participate.

This was an amazing evening. We had a great group, the class was really fun. this pasta-making class in Rome ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of great energy. we all had a few drinks, the pasta making process was fun, and the sitting down to eat what we made together was incredibly rewarding

Jim is a great host, plus he had a pretty killer soundtrack for the event. It was a ton of fun to make pasta with my two teenage girls. This is a perfect family event, but it would be fun for larger adult groups as well. The timing worked out perfectly from apertifs to pasta making to dinner drinks to pasta eating to drinks to dessert. Not only is the evening fun, but you get to take a skill home with you. I can’t wait to make pasta once I get home! THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! This is by far the best excursion I’ve ever been on in my entire life. I’m a frequent traveler, and I’ve have been so many places where I’ve been on excursions but this experience has been the absolute best. The chef‘s attention to detail, and the way that he incorporates the participants is absolutely unreal. You’re going to regret if you don’t take this experience.

Expensive cocktails while making fettuccine.

The staff were very nice. Our class involved us mixing egg into a bowl of pre measured flour, adding a pinch of salt and then rolling and cutting it. The two pasta sauces was made by them without us being involved at all. They assured us we would be emailed the recipes but have received no emails. On the day of the event they sent multiple WhatsApp and emails so they have our details. This listing says "Sip your creations as you master the art of crafting carbonara (vegetarian option available), followed by assembling a traditional tiramisu for dessert.". We mastered making fettuccine but that's it. Tiramisu was wasn't made but I did see the in the room so that must be for another listing. My partner was really excited for tiramisu but had to go buy it elsewhere. It would have been nice to be involved in making the pasta sauce since this was a cooking class. We were taught how to made two cocktails but the third was made by them (I don't believe we were told the ratio for the last one but could be wrong). No tiramisu, no making of carbonara sauce. Much better 'cooking' classes out there.
