Good/Great Friday at Vatican City
Maria Rosaria was both delightful and highly knowledgeable. Before we entered the Sistine Chapel, she took the time to explain the different frescoes, which made a huge difference—I wouldn’t have fully understood or appreciated what I was seeing otherwise. Her insights made the artwork even more impressive. Her passion for Rome and its preservation was clear throughout the entire tour. She was an exceptional guide, and I would gladly join any tour she leads in the future.

Smooth, clear, informative
This was a seamless interaction with easy directions and a knowledgeable guide! On Good Friday it was packed but Maria was great. Communication about the tour was terrific. Maria took us to key items in the Vatican museum and prepared us well for the Sistine chapel. It was a great tour. Recommend!

Good tour with a lot of walking.
The tour was a great introduction to the Vatican area. Getting more information on the Sistine chapel and michangelo’s role was fantastic.

  • Seeing Michelangelo's frescoes can be unforgettable even for kids if seen as part of a small-group or kid-friendly Sistine Chapel and Vatican tour.

  • Because the chapel is a Catholic church with a dress code. Wear clothing that covers your shoulders and knees and maintain decorum by keeping your voice low.

  • Though photography (without flash) is permitted in the Vatican Museums, no photography is allowed in the Sistine Chapel.
