What To Expect

Your cooking workshop begins in a charming restaurant in the heart of Rome, just steps from the iconic Piazza Navona.

Join a local Italian chef and your group for a hands-on experience where you learn to make fresh fettuccine from scratch, as well as a classic tiramisu.

Follow traditional Roman recipes with guidance from your instructor—no previous cooking experience is required.

After you’ve cooked, sit down and enjoy a meal with your classmates. Pasta dishes are paired with your choice of red or white wine. Your workshop ends with a limoncello or Italian coffee.

Leo hosted a terrific class! We made fettuccine and ravioli in a simple way that I cant wait to try at home. No special equipment needed. The tiramisu making was a nice bonus. They cooked up our pasta for lunch and it was nice to relax and talk with the other fun folks in the class. I highly recommend Leo's pasta making class!!! Fun, Quick Cooking Class for Beginners

Quick but fun cooking class (beginner level)! Made pasta and tiramisu from scratch. Well run and our instructor Lori was wonderful. I believe there were about 12-14 people in our class. Enjoyed meeting other travelers and had a fun break from sightseeing. You get to eat your pasta and tiramisu at the end. Would have liked to learn to how to make the different sauces but not part of this class.

It was a little difficult to identify the restaurant where the lesson was held, but we’ll worth the effort. Our young female chef was enthusiastic and passionate about sharing her craft! She did an excellent job of explaining, demonstrating and engaging the group in all aspects of the lesson. Ending the class by feasting on our own fettuccine, ravioli and tiramisu with our classmates was a treat! Well worth the time and money!

Amazing experience with Furio

This experience stars by making tiramisu. Then the pasta. Then eating it all with wine and coffee or limoncello. Furio was kind and patient as I have an allergy. He ensured I was safe and delicious.

Fun experience but some drawbacks

The food was good and the instructor was clear. However, the tables are very low. I'm 5'7" and had to hunch over the entire class. Taller people struggled even more. Saw a cockroach on my way back from the bathroom.
