Our tour guide Lucia was fabulous. She was interesting, knowledgeable and made us all feel welcome. She made sure everyone was comfortable. We learned a lot about the Palace, the dukes, the history of Venice, and the church. The time went by quickly. We were three adults and everyone really enjoyed her tour. We enjoyed the tour and the guide was lovely and knowledgeable but it did not include the Pala d’Ora or balcony. As we wished to do these activities we paid separately but could only pay via internet and the internet connection was almost non existent and we spent over an hour to get the extra tickets. If you wish to view all areas book a tour which includes everything so you don’t waste time unnecessarily.

Carolina was fabulous! We loved taking this tour with her! What a special place Venice is. She passed on her wealth of knowledge to us and kept us involved and intrigued! No other way to see these places except with a tour guide. The skip-the-line option is definitely a must all throughout Italy! Otherwise, you would spend half your time just waiting in line.
