Soooooo much fun! Patient and experienced instructor guided us through making great pasta and delicious Tiramisu. We were given a good amount of time to enjoy our meal with good wine topped off by Limoncello. I would recommend.

Fun session learning to make pasta - 22 people together - everyone was friendly - we laughed so much - they gave us wine they cooked our pasta and it was lovely / just over 3 hours - we were given the recipes of what we made - staff were great really helpful and kept the area clean

This was our favorite experience of the trip. The chef, Julia, was very patient and kind. She made it easy. We enjoyed making the pasta and tiramisu and knowing we made it ourselves made the food taste that much better. We also met some really nice people there. We’d definitely do this experience again.

Food and wine were delicious. I gave it 4 stars because I felt there should be things to nibble on first, bread cheese meat etc. Everyone was really hungry by the time the food came out and for the price we should have had a starter

It was a class with three other families so was crowded but doable once she explained the process. She was very kind and patient with my son and others. Probably spend. Our chef instructor, Giorgio, was entertaining, knowledgeable, and made the class so much fun! He was attentive to everyone and made sure no one was left out or left behind. We learned how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu, and afterward our pasta was cooked individually and served with wine or soft drinks. Everything was delicious, and the entire experience was well organized and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this class—it was absolutely worth it!

My daughter booked this for fun. She was right. The location was nice and clean. They were prepared for the event. Chef Cicco (I hope it is spelled right) was funny and spent time to explain the process. He is knowledge and his ability to teach was welcoming. Chef checked on our meals to make sure they were correct. The wine was delicious and the meals we created were amazing. Cicco created a relaxed and friendly environment. We made new friends and great memories. I hope everyone is lucky enough to get this chef. This is a great new experience away from the crowds and in a quiet place. There were 24 of us in the class and was a little tight but other than that amazing. COOL BEANS as Chef would say.

We had a great time making two different pastas and tiramisu. Our chef was a great teacher who made sure we were each doing well with the food we prepared. Tge ravioli was the best I have ever eaten. Getting to know the other students was an added delight. Highly recommended!

Host was super friendly, funny, and easy to follow in the guided part of the class. Wine was free flowing the entire time (prosecco, white, and red wines). We left with the instructions for being able to make the dishes at home which was great because they were delicious (we ate what we made so you know that it was a good class).

This is not the cooking class you want to take if you have any cooking experience or looking to learn to cook Italian food. It was like a high school cooking class with simple tasteless ingredients. We didn’t make any of the sauces they served it on the pasta as we made. Our pasta was swimming in just plain tomato paste with no seasoning and the ravioli filling was just stringy spinach with very little cheese and absolutely no salt in any of the meal. The tiramisu was MEH! Not worth the money we spent, but we had a great time where we met some very fun people. The instructor was adorable though.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with this cooking class in Rome! 🇮🇹 We learned how to make fresh fettuccine pasta from scratch along with a delicious, authentic tiramisu—and both turned out incredible. The instructors were friendly, patient, and made the whole experience fun and interactive, even if you’re not very experienced in the kitchen. The best part? Just book it!!! We spontaneously booked this a few days prior to our arrival and it was the best decision ever. We only had one night in Rome in between legs of our trip and this was a fun, immersive experience with an amazing group and instructor. Wine was flowing, pasta was amazing and overall we had the best time. A great price for two people - unlimited wine and large portions of pasta with tiramisu. Would definitely recommend this for anyone visiting the area.

This was one of the highlights of our Italy tour. Carlos and Kim were amazing. So fun and enjoyable. My daughters, wife and I had the best time. The cooking experience was amazing and they made it fun and enjoyable. Everyone felt like family and the unlimited drinks just added to the experience. We also had couples with younger kids who also had a great time, and they were very sensitive to ensure that everyone, regardless of age was included. My daughters are both older now, +21, but I would have felt very comfortable taking them there when they were younger. The hosts were amazing. Cannot do justice to them on this post. A great family experience. Btw, one of the best meals that we had in Rome! All top ingredients, made with your own hands, and tastes amazing. Even if you can’t cook like me. They totally help and support you every step of the process. Don’t have any reservation, and book this tour. I would do it again in a heart beat. We met Some awesome people from Canada, Atlanta, Portland, England, and other areas. Small intimate group, less than 20, and felt like you were the guest of honor. Also, very specific details to make these dishes and take away recipes. Carlos, you are a friend for life and your food and technique is simple, amazing, and delicious. Grazie!.
