Pasta and Tiramisu
My husband and I attended this cooking class in Bologna and loved it. We were in a small group of 12 and our host Ala spoke both English and French and was very knowledgeable. We started with the tiramisu to allow that to chill, then proceeded to make our own pasta dough and created both raviolis and tagliatelle. Our pasta was then taken to the kitchen were it was prepared for us with lovely sauces. The restaurant was generous with their wine and our group got on very well together. Ala kept us engaged and his instructions were clear and very manageable for all of us. Although some raviolis looked a bit better than others 🤣, they all tasted amazing. The tiramisu was incredible, best I’ve made 😊

One of the most fun...
One of the most fun things we did!! Teenagers and grandma loved it! It was a beautiful relaxing afternoon spent in the Tuscan hills and a nice break from pounding the pavement with all the sightseeing! I would highly recommend it to anyone! Will definitely try the recipes at home!

10/10 cooking experience
The cooking class was such a fun experience!! From start to finish the class was engaging! We got to make homemade pizza and put it in the pizza oven ourselves (SO COOL)! Making pasta from scratch was an experience I’ll never forget! The class overall I would recommend time and time again! It was so fun and left with a full stomach!!

Great experience! Mike...
Great experience! Mike was very helpful during the cooking process. My daughter has an egg allergy she was able to help make the pasta with the family while they prepared a separate dish for her. Very kid-friendly. I took my 6- and 4-year-olds, and they enjoyed it. Thank you for the experience!

Italian food is arguably one of the most beloved cuisines in the world, so Italy is proud (and protective) of its culinary culture. Italy cooking classes let you connect with diverse regional cuisines that range from the Alpine specialties of the north to Mediterranean crowd-pleasers in the south. Tie on an apron, roll up your sleeves, and go hands-on to learn how to prepare authentic risotto in Milan, pici pasta in Tuscany, pizza in Naples, couscous in Sicily, and much more—washing down each triumph in the kitchen with perfectly paired local wine.
