Chef Lucas was absolutely incredible! He made this culinary experience both deeply informative and unbelievably fun! We loved discovering the true science and art behind pizza making, plus mastering a quick, mouthwatering substitute dessert of tiramisu. I highly recommend this for families, but it's so fantastic that they should definitely offer an adult-only version too!

Fun and unique experience. The chef was entertaining while teaching us Pizza and gelato making techniques. Everything was organized very well. At the end, it was enjoyable to dine on the pizza and gelato with the other participants.

Our family had such a wonderful time at Chef Alex's pizza and gelato class! It was the perfect mix of hands-on learning, delicious food, and fun for everyone. Chef Alex was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the experience engaging for both adults and kids. We loved making our own authentic pizza from scratch and learning the techniques behind the perfect dough. The gelato was just as amazing, and it was a treat to create and enjoy it together as a family. This class was more than just a cooking lesson—it was a memorable experience filled with laughter, great food, and quality family time. This class with Manuel was a memorable experience! From one teacher to another, Manuel was patient. Manuel was passionate. Manuel was very clear with his instructions. His love and education for pizza has shown through in class because we all created great pizzas!! I recommend this to anyone who wants to learn how to make pizza and gelato! The gelato was great too! It was my birthday and he acknowledged it with the class. This made it mor special.

This was a blast! Our group was 2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids (11, 9, 8, 4). Everyone had a great time and did a great job making the pizza. We received a WhatsApp message the morning of the class that the gelato chef had an accident and we would only make pizza. For the inconvenience, they refunded us $10 each and we got it automatically.

Such a wonderful experience for the whole family. We were a family of 6 and we sat we two other families each 3 people. Luca was our lead chef- he was hilarious, got all the kids involved (ages 6-16) by having them assist him in demonstrations, and educated us about the history of Pizza and Gelato. We started by making the gelato- so it wouod be ready after we ate our pizza. We made dough, but it's not the dough we cooked and ate because it has to sit for 24 hours. We then made our Margherita pizzas with dough that had been made 24-48 hours earlier. Don't worry not by earlier participants. The pizza was amazing!! If you want something fun and educational I highly recommend this experience to all ages.

We did the pizza and Gelato making class. I took my husband because he loves making homemade pizza but we havent found a good dough recipe yet. Manuel definitely taught him a lot of new things that I am hoping we will be able to reciprocate back home. Oyr Gelato wasnt the best but the pizza was amazing and so was Manuel. Manuel was funny and engaging, he did a great job.

Misleading. We did not make gelato. We watched 2 of the group make plain ice cream. It wasn’t gelato. And just one small glass of wine at the end of 2.5 hrs.

Such a great experience! We went with our family and another family, 8 total, ages ranging from 15 to 58, and we all had a fantastic time! Kitchen experience ranged from rookie to caterer, and we all had a great time. MAURO was the ultimate chef and host!! Definitely recommend him, as he was funny and high energy!

Great experience! Our chef was personable and friendly. He shared great facts about the pizza making process and told people in the group, no matter where they were from, which products they could use at home, to make a pizza. This hands on experience included everyone and was a nice way to meet other travelers.

Had a lovely time traveling solo and partaking in an authentic Napoli pizza making experience. Isaam was a personable and energetic teacher and added to the flavor of the class. It was well organized and fun was had by all. Recommend this class and the pasta class being held next to us looked enticing as well. Treat yourself to a fun cultural immersion learning experience. Rated it a 4 star though because I had signed up for a pizza and gelato class and when I arrived was informed there were not enough participants so was moved to a tiramisu class vs gelato without prior notice. Flexibility in travel allows you to be gracious and appreciative… dive in, enjoy, and let things unfold!

The gelato making part of the class was canceled the day prior, but we still got to make pizzas! Super fun. Our host was wonderful, funny and spoke good English. Now waiting for reimbursement for the portion of class cancelled.
