This was certainly the highlight of my week in Tuscany. Unbelievably fun and informative. Our hostess was the most personable and interesting cooking teacher. The instructions and the recipes resulted in a most delicious meal we enjoyed at the end. I would highly recommend this to others traveling with a small group.

I did this experience with my husband and our two children, 7 and 10. We had a wonderful time and we all loved it! We felt very welcome from the time we pulled up until the end! I would recommend this cooking class!

If you want a very personal experience with this, Cooking Class, sign up! I was with my sister, my two daughters and my mom, and we were the only ones at the Cooking Class, which made for a very special experience. You felt like you were in someone’s home and they were just teaching you how true Italians make their meals. It was not overcomplicated – just simple, delicious dishes that you could easily make it home! Highly recommend!!

This was fabulous! The he was like family and he taught us so much more than we ever imagined! We didn’t want to leave his wonderful country home! He taught us how to make different sauces out of things you have in your refrigerator and pasta from two ingredients. We made bruschetta with simple but delicious items and pecorino cheese young to aged. Drizzle of honey and grated nutmeg! Superb! We will definitely come to learn more again!

it was a little hard to find the house but the experience was fantastic. Luigi was extremely knowledgeable about Italian culture, cooking and why some items go together and others actually counteract each other, taste wise. His personality was awesome as he was very funny and entertaining through the class. the food was fantastic to eat and i learned so much from him about how to cook Italian and things i have been doing wrong all my life. Thanks, Luigi, for a great time.

Katia welcomed us into her historic farmhouse where she talked about the farm and local culture. She was warm and welcoming and made an enjoyable experience. We prepared traditional Italian recipes and enjoyed every bit of it. Throughly enjoyed the evening. Would recommend it. (Katia, looking forward to receiving the recipes..)

We loved working with a small group and Katya was the perfect instructor!
I have struggled with pasta making in the past but she showed us a way that was so simple it was incredible. She also showed us easy but incredibly tasty sauces. Very recommended for a complete Tuscan experience.

This cooking class was a lot of fun. Kat welcomed us into her home so warmly we felt like we were cooking with a best friend.
We made our own pastas and sauces using fresh, local ingredients. It was simple and the results were deliziosi. I look forward to making the recipes when I get home. This was one of the best things during my vacation in Italy.

My husband and I learned how to cook authentic Italian dishes from a wonderful, knowledgable host in a lovely setting as part of a small group of 6 people. What a fantastic experience it was. Cattia catered for us being vegetarian and taught us how to make bruschetta, local pasta, a small cheese plate, two delicious pasta sauces and an Italian bread salad Panzanella. The meat eaters in the group also learnt a wonderful looking chicken and pork dish. A superb few hours! Thank you!

This was the highlight of our trip in Italy! Chef Flavio made the whole day so much fun not just for the adult adults but for the kids as well. We learned so much about Tuscan cooking and are bringing back great knowledge so we can make these dishes at home. We laughed hard and cooked well! Then we got to eat all the amazing food. 10/10 recommend!!!

We had a wonderful experience at the Tuscan cooking class. We were shown how to make pici pasta (our all time favorite pasta). We made bruschetta and two sauces. All ingredients and recipes were typical Tuscan. We learned many insights to the ins and outs of how to put a proper meal together. We sampled three local wines which were paired to various courses. We couldn’t believe how well everything tasted. It was definitely a hands on experience, and we couldn’t believe how well it turned out.

Booked this for my family, only 7 of us!! It was only us and that made it even more special and fun. Katia our host was amazing. We felt so welcomed. The food was simple yet so delicious. I love that about Italian food. Pasta, bruschetta and two phenomenal sauces. The farmhouse was beautiful and set in the rolling hills of Tuscany. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Maybe alittle more wine!! All adults and all love the wine. Fabulous day. And all my family were super happy with the experience.

Easy pace. Everyone gets to prep and cook and eat family style. Food was delicious and hosts were great! Beautiful views ! Unless you know the roads I don’t recommend driving!!!!! Get a driver to take you and find the way.
