This was certainly the highlight of my week in Tuscany. Unbelievably fun and informative. Our hostess was the most personable and interesting cooking teacher. The instructions and the recipes resulted in a most delicious meal we enjoyed at the end. I would highly recommend this to others traveling with a small group.

This cooking class was so fun, we learned so much, ate well and enjoyed. Highly recommend . We were so welcomed into their home and truly enjoyed.

We came to celebrate our daughter’s 21st Birthday and she requested a cooking lesson in Tuscan region. I wanted something authentic and near San Gimigano. Katia was very sweet and very educational m. We cooked two types of pasta with great conversations. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel so welcoming. Her uncle was also very kind man. The wholes experience was magical the food amazing true Italian cousins. I would recommend this experience for anyone that enjoys those moments of cooking along with laughters and great conversations. We shall return to visit Katia and her uncle. Thank you both from the Torres family from Miami. ❤️
Katia was a fabulous host, super welcoming, friendly and talkative. We made pasta from scratch with delicious sauces, amongst other lovely dishes that you can make again at home. It was a fun way to spend a few hours and the food and wine were delicious to enjoy together at the end!
This was an amazing experience! We learned how to cook antipasti, 2 different pasta dishes, and a main course! Fulvio and Katia had a lovely set up. Fulvio was kind and patient and explained how to make the dishes from where we are from in the world so that we would be able to make them again. Would highly recommend! The entire experience was lovely from start to finish!
A great experience to do with the family. Our children are 18 and 19. My daughter is a coeliac and they accommodated her needs so well. We learnt so much about Tuscan cooking and Katia was brilliant. We look forward to our next trip and visit.
Katia was warm, friendly and accommodated us even though we were a little early! She taught us how to make delicious simple food and we can’t wait to try and re-create it at home! Everything was absolutely delicious and our family loved.!
This was a highlight of our trip to Tuscany! We are a family who loves to cook and we still learned so much from the class about the simplicity but flavorful Tuscan cuisine. Fulvio had so much knowledge and was great with our kids (age 9 & 12), and we really enjoyed the meal and experience!

Very beautiful setting in the Tuscan countryside. Class was in a Tuscan farmhouse. Cassia the instructor was very warm and friendly and made you feel at home. We learned how to make pasta and other traditional Italia dishes.
We not only had a blast and laughed our heads off, but we also learned a lot. Our hosts Katia and Fulvio were absolutely delightful. Fulvio led our cooking class, and as beginners, his framework was perfecto: provide simple, accessible recipes while sharing easy, memorable tricks in the kitchen that make a big impact on the dishes being prepared. Highly recommended!

This cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! The food was absolutely delicious, and we learned how to prepare authentic Italian dishes in a fun, hands-on environment.
What made this experience especially memorable was how welcoming and accommodating the instructors were with our toddlers. They were patient, engaging, and made sure the children felt included, which allowed the adults to fully enjoy the class as well. The atmosphere was relaxed, family-friendly, and never rushed.
The ingredients were fresh, the recipes were easy to follow, and the meal we shared at the end was fantastic. If you’re traveling with young children and looking for an authentic Italian experience that the whole family can enjoy, we highly recommend this cooking class!

Fabulous few hours spent in the Tuscan countryside , we learnt to cook, had great conversations & ate a delicious lunch. True insight into Tuscan culture & living.
We had absolute blast at this cooking class! The experience was completely hands-on and hosted in an intimate, small-group setting that made us honestly feel like we were guests in someone's beautiful home. The food was delicious, the wine flowed, and the conversation was wonderful. Thank you, Katia and Fulvio, for sharing your incredible love for cooking with us. Our hearts and our tummies were completely full!

Amazing cooking class - Fulvio was very welcoming, knowledgeable and funny! We enjoyed that it was a small group and very hands on. It’s like being at someone’s house and learning in their kitchen. They also offer gluten free classes.
This was a highlight of our visit to Tuscany! We had so much fun at this cooking experience and learned a lot about Italian cooking! Dinner was delicious and paired with 3 different wines. Highly recommend!
This was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The farm was easy to find and we felt welcome immediately. Our instructor, Fulvio, was warm and friendly and has an incredible knowledge of Tuscan cuisine, as well as many other world cuisines. All of the dishes we prepared, we not only learned the how of it, but why certain ingredients are used and how to use them. The class size is limited; we only had 5 in our class. And everything was delicious, enjoyed with good wine, and some wonderful companions! No matter your level of cooking experience, you will enjoy this class. Highly recommend!
Fulvio is a charming chef who made our evening SO fun. We had a group of 4 which made for a perfect evening of laughing and learning to make Italy’s amazing food!! Fulvio was funny and engaging! We loved every moment!! This was a highlight of our time in Tuscany!
Highlight of our trip. Fulvio was engaging, funny and knowledgeable. Food was delicious. Yes you need to check out the towns in Tuscany but do yourself a favor and carve out a few hours for this. You won’t be sorry.
This was a fun experience. We made some homemade pasta and various sauces, bruschetta, cheeses. We were the only ones in the class and were able to ask questions. We had a good time.
