Alfredo and Matteo were fantastic teachers! Good pace to the class, lots of helpful tips so we can make it home, and the food was delicious. Alfredo offered good tips on where to eat in Milan - when chefs like a place, it is a must try. Loved the free flowing prosecco and soft drinks. Best experience! Highly recommend the pizza and gelato class.

We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The food we made was amazing, we had a great group of travellers to enjoy this experience with and the hosts - Fabrizio and Matteo were great. We learned a lot and had a lot of fun. It’s a bit tricky to find, so plan a few minutes to find it.

This was an amazing experience with 2 amazing people teaching us. Alfredo and David were phenomenal and very welcoming. It was a fun experience with some amazing people. Me and my wife had a great evening and it was very romantic at times. Alfredo and David showed us some amazing techniques and shared some amazing recipes. They even gave us a great Polaroid after to commemorate the experience. I highly recommend doing this.

We really liked the pizza and gelato making class. Our instructor was so nice and patient, very engaging! Pizza is difficult because we did a quick rise with the oven which I was impressed by but then the dough isn’t as elastic. Overall fun group and we are glad we went!

Alfredo and Matteo were awesome! We had 2 young kids with us (4 and 2). They made them feel so special and not at all like a burden. Our daughter got to help make the gelato and she was at her height of glory. Our 2 year old was free but they still had all the materials out for him to make a pizza which wasn’t expected. They gave amazing recommendations for the city which we put to use that day. The restaurants did not disappoint.

Enjoyable and entertaining. Alfredo is obviously skilled and was always encouraging and very clear in his direction. And cooking with others was fun - loved that part of our class had never heard of lemon zest. We will definitely be making pasta and pesto at home.

Really enjoyed this class, focusing on hands on skills while learning the knowledge of cooking. Best way to learn how to make pasta by hand, using tppo 00 (doppio zero) flour. This is also a fun filled experience to meet people from all over the world and appreciate the culture differences.

Fun hands-on cooking class & lunch by personable, knowledgeable and patient chef & his assistant. We learned how to make two types of pasta AND tiramisu from scratch. We then enjoyed eating generous portions of what we made, served with wine or non-alcoholic beverage. Left with recipes and recommendations on restaurants and activities, plus coupon.

I had an absolutely fabulous time with Fabrizio making pizza and gelato (plus waffle cup). Fabrizio was very friendly, attentive, and simply a joy to have for the duration of the class from beginning to the end. Fabrizio made cooking fun and easy. What a wonderful experience.
