Enjoyable Cruise down the Danube

My sister and I booked this tour a couple of days in advance. The boat is nothing fancy but is all you need. No loud music just you and others enjoying the view. All rooftop seating but I think an area for if it is raining. We went just before sunset so we got to see everything lit up at night. I think watching sunset at Liberty Bridge and then going on tour after dark would be just as good. VERY easy to find. It’s the only boarding boat on the Buda side between Chain Bridge and Elizabeth bridge. BE SURE TO WATCH for email they send after booking. Apparently that is how you get audio guide because it is through your phone which requires you to use data. We did not get to use audio guide. I didn’t see the email they sent and wasn’t using data.

A fabulous tour. If possible I would give it 6 stars. The original guide was involved in an accident yet the company was able to come up with a replacement and not cancel the tour. There was free time in Bratislava and in Vienna. Would have been even better if Bratislava was half an hour shorter, adding it to Vienna.

We took this tour while in Budapest, and we had the time of our lives! It was so fun driving those scooters all over the city, and our tour guide Attila was extremely knowledgeable, fun, and downright entertaining! He also is truly a very gifted photographer creating images for us on our phones that we have never even thought about taking! We learned so much about Budapest and had an absolute blast while we did!!! If you go on this tour try to request Attila!!! He makes the tour spectacular!

Awesome tour of Budapest

There were 8 of us in total. It was awesome!! The four guides stayed together with us all in four tuk tuk and showed us the city of Budapest. They were knowledgeable, funny, local, spoke great English and can get to many places cars and buses can’t get to. It’s a must to see this city!!!

Danube Dinner Cruise.

We were greeted with a glass of Prosecco and led to a table near the bar next to a window. There was an assortment of breads and a bowl of Hummus at the table. About 25 minutes into the cruise, Hungarian Ghoulash was served, buffet style. The main dinner was also buffet style with many options to choose from, including chicken, beef, pork and fish. Entertainment consisted essentially of 70's yacht rock with a violinist playing along in the song. The food and entertainment were good, not great. The service, atmosphere, ride on the Danube and views were outstanding. If the food was served hot and to the table, it would have been that much better. Still, an evening to remeber.

Fun day out

Amazing morning spent with our guide, John. We saw all the highlights of the city while cruising around in an open-air jeep, soaking up the sunshine along the way. There were amazing views, plenty of sunshine, and even a snack along the way. A jeep is far superior to a bus—we covered so much more than we could have on foot, without feeling like we were stuck in traffic or confined to a seat. Penny for penny, this was a fantastic way to spend the day.

The Beer Spa was a very unique and fun experience. You soak in the hops solution for 45 minutes, and can drink all of the beer you can. We did the 6pm which was nice and tame, the staff are amazing at coming found and filling up your glass with Prosecco and Bellini’s so your glass is never empty. We enjoyed it that much, we got off the boat and queued for the 8pm knowing it was livelier with a DJ and dance floor and busier. That was also great. The cocktails if you do the premium are also delicious and not cheap and nasty. The pinacolada in particular was top notch

Nice quality dinner cruise

We were really surprised by how good the food was on this cruise. It was much higher quality than we expected and both of us enjoyed everything that we ordered. The entertainment felt authentic and they were clearly very talented. It was quite loud so if we had known that we would likely have selected a table further from the stage. The night view of Budapest is unbelievable and we love the pictures that we took from the outside area.

Good combination of time in the van (with AC) and being able to walk/explore. Only 4 of us in total - 2 Spanish speakers, 2 English. Dora did a good job balancing between both.

We had a private luxury sightseeing tour in Budapest and visited Szentendre, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide, Christine Teplan, was fantastic — incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and made everything feel easy and personalized. You can tell she really knows the history and the area, but she explains it in a way that’s interesting, not overwhelming. I would absolutely recommend her. Our driver, Laszlo, was also great — very professional and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Szentendre itself was charming and a perfect escape from the city — beautiful streets, relaxed atmosphere, and great places to walk, eat, and explore. Overall, it was a seamless, well-run experience and I’d absolutely recommend it.
