What a great class. It was just the 4 of us. The instructor was so nice personable, made it fun and entertaining. We shared wine and had a nice meal with the pasta we made.highly reccomend. They also have art classes.

Lots of fun trying to make pasta and then enjoyed a wonderful lunch with wine after. Our host Michelle was an excellent teacher and her sister was right there working by her side. It was a lovely family experience!

Book this now! It was truly awesome to cook and learn with Elaina. Truly amazing lady forging the way in Lecce. She taught me how to make orecchiette pasta with no eggs. She understands and is passionate and is govermebt trained and certified. I had so much fun sipping, cooking, creating and learning I will take back to my restaurant. Book it!

We had a marvelous time yesterday, our instructor was wonderful. She was funny, bright full of energy and very understandable. While we were making our pasta, we were drinking wine sharing laughs and having a good time. Once we were done, we went outside, sat down and had a beautiful bruschetta followed by our wonderful pasta. The kit was amazing and we had more wine. Lots of fun and lots of laughs.

Such a fun, well-presented and delicious activity! Learning to make our own orecchiette pasta was brilliant, meeting and chatting with lovely people from all over the world was fabulous but then eating a delicious 3-course meal - that included our own orecchiette - and pairing it with wines was just extraordinary! Everyone should do this when in Lecce!

The girls were lovely, but they overbooked the class. We didn’t have room to move. We could not hear the teacher. Not a good experience . We were so disappointed.

Very nice and instructive. At the end, we get to eat orrecchiette but not the ones we prepared, because of the varying thickness of pastas per participant. It would be too complicated.

It was a really fun experience, we really enjoyed it. The ladies, who taught us the process of pasta making were so nice, fun and helpful. We tasted 3 kinds of wine and at the tasting part we had appetisers, orecchiette with the tomato sauce typical for the region. This experience is also good for people with gluten-free diet (if it’s not a problem for them to breathe in the flour). The restaurant is also GF certified, provided us GF pasta to taste and also gave us tips how to make pasta at home, what’s the best GF flour to use.

Family of five- three sons 16 & above. It was absolutely perfect! The ladies were lovely, funny, and great at teaching the art of making orecchietti! It was great as a family activity and we also enjoyed chatting with others who took the class with us. Plenty wine along the way and a yummy (& hefty) appetizer before eating our delicious collective orrecchietti ! We all loved this experience !

Had a great time making pasta (and wine was flowing). The only downside for me was that the group was very large and I couldn’t hear or see instructions from the other end … I had to watch the person next to me (and/or wait for instructor or helper to come around to each of us.
