What To Expect
Your tour begins in central Florence, where you join up with your guide. Walk to a Florentine food market and peruse the stalls, each teeming with the region’s freshest ingredients, including cured meats, olives, cheeses, balsamic vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes, and other Tuscan delicacies. Select some of these high-quality ingredients for your cooking class later in the afternoon and enjoy tastings of the food and wine.
Climb aboard a minibus and journey into the Tuscan hills and drive to a rustic farmhouse. Under the guidance of an expert chef, prepare a full Tuscan meal. Discover the culinary secrets behind Tuscan cuisine, from slow-cooked meat sauces to whipping up Italian pasta from scratch. Everything you make is seasonal but the menu may include roast pork, bruschetta, and tiramisu.

This was a lot of fun. The location is lovely and peaceful. The lunch was delicious. Our guide Luca was very knowledgeable and made everyone feel included. His humor was a highlight for me. Lucia our cook was absolutely charming. I learnt a lot from both of them on the course and have confidence to go home and cook these dishes myself. I had been looking forward to this for some time and was not disappointed.

Luca was amazing. The venue extraordinary. My only criticism is due to the size of the it was difficult to move around and experience all aspects of the actual cooking experience.

The drive was spectacular, the setting beautiful in the Tuscan countryside and Luca is a character - he was very entertaining while also being a very good teacher - Erika and the rest of the staff were wonderful too - highly recommend !

Luca, our chef, and Erika, our sous chef, were fantastic. They were supportive as we learned our cooking tasks, as well as being entertaining. We shopped, chopped, sliced, diced and whipped our way through 4 courses. We then enjoyed the fruits of our labor. Delicious! Of course, the view was incredible, typical Tuscany scene, right out of a fairy tale. Would highly recommend this tour.

Without a doubt, book the tour! We did the Tuscan lunch + market tour with pasta making class. You begin by visiting the Centro Mercado which is a large market selling all fresh ingredients, meats, cheeses, etc. The guide; Lucca, is such an incredibly unique and fun persona! He thoroughly explained ingredients, showcased food options, and we were even able to taste multiple food products in the market. There is a bus that takes you on a 15 minute ride to the Tuscan farmhouse which is gorgeous!! The cooking class is interactive; everyone participates in something! There are so many photos opportunities. You get to prepare: bruschetta, drink endless wine, prepare herbs for the pork/potatoes, make tiramisu and then the pasta! Yes you make it from scratch each and every person. It was nice to all sit together at a well prepared and set table to enjoy the fruits of our labor.

Hands down our best experience in Italy. Our chefs Luca and Erika were AMAZING! Luca was our guide through the central market and the bus ride to the estate, and he is so much fun, we were having a blast before we even started cooking.
The estate where the classes are held is beautiful and just outside the city. The chefs were hands on and helpful and it was just a wonderful way to spend the afternoon with our family learning to make pasta and tiramisu.

If there is any doubt about this experience, rest easy. The meeting instructions were clear, our instructors/chefs were knowledgeable and very entertaining, the class was fun. The food was delicious. The kitchen was beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. The staff was pleasant and on top of everything.
Luca and Erika were fabulous instructors- great sense of humor! Would highly recommend this course! You won’t be disappointed!

We loved it! It was so worth it. Luca was fantastic and so much fun to be around.

Truly a wonderful experience! Started our adventure with Ado, who was incredible, kind, knowledgeable and entertaining. Then we drove up to this beautiful home with breathtaking views to cook three different types of delicious pasta and multiple gelatos with Erika, Max and Ado too. Everyone was just so welcoming and atmosphere was peaceful, pleasant, and fantastic. Please book this event, you will not forget it! Would highly recommend this cooking class! Erika and Luca were fantastic teachers and the food was delicious. Learned where to shop and how to make numerous Italian dishes. They were easily able to accommodate the vegetarian in our group.

Noemi and Gloria were wonderful teachers. The location of the class is breathtaking. It was cozy in the room where we were making the pasta on a cold December day. We were provided recipes of what we made. The bus ride was about 20 minutes from the city center and gave us another experience traveling to the cooking location. A++++

Our family of 5 had THE BEST time at this cooking class experience with Luca and Erika! We got to sample cheeses and learn about Italian products on the market tour, enjoy beautiful sights at the Tuscan villa, cook 4 courses, and drink Chianti Classico wine! We could not recommend this experience more. Luca was hilarious, and Erika was so kind and encouraging. Both taught us so much about Italian cuisine and made the experience very entertaining. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would.
