Select some of these high-quality ingredients for your cooking class later in the afternoon and enjoy tastings of the food and wine.

This was a lot of fun. The location is lovely and peaceful. The lunch was delicious. Our guide Luca was very knowledgeable and made everyone feel included. His humor was a highlight for me. Lucia our cook was absolutely charming. I learnt a lot from both of them on the course and have confidence to go home and cook these dishes myself. I had been looking forward to this for some time and was not disappointed.

The setting is beyond comparison, the personalities of our hosts were so friendly, and we got to cook authentic Italian from scratch.
Stefania was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. The market is great the house where we cooked was beautiful and Erica is so much fun.

This was by far our most favorite day in Italy! My 21 yo daughter and I enjoyed every moment of this experience. The market shopping was really informative and fun, and we enjoyed having some time for our own shopping. The estate and kitchen were just amazing, and being able to spend time there was dreamy. The cooking class was very hands on - never a dull moment. Our hosts Erika and Staphania were so energetic and fun. What a well orchestrated day! We learned lots of new techniques, savoired a meal while getting to know interesting fellow travelers, and are going home with memories and recipes to try at home.

My daughter and I had a perfect experience on our cooking/market tour. Perfection from the tour of the Florence market to the incredible setting for our meal. The chef and our guide were kind, funny and involved the entire group. Honestly, one of the best excursions I have ever been on!

10/10 experience
Stephania was friendly, informative and knowledgeable and fun! From the Mercantale shopping, where we learned about the food we would be cooking to the tastings of the market itself was a perfect start to the day. Erica our chef along with Stephania kept us entertained while teaching us to make pasta and tiramisu. The kitchen and cooking areas were well organized, kitchen staff helped keep the areas clean. This all became a delightful sit down lunch that was heavenly. I highly recommend this tour.

Visiting the Mercato Centrale and being taught about the quality ingredients, then jumping on a short bus ride to the hills was great. The overall time spent cooking and learning how to make the dishes was fantastic and the crew were awesome teachers. Erika and Stefania kept the mood light and everyone was having fun. Would 100% recommend. A fantastic change of pace from the hustle and bustle of the inner city of Florence.

This experience was amazing and delicious. Stefania was a wonderful guide. We loved first stopping at the local market to get the ingredients to make the food in our class. Everything was so fresh. Carmela is an expert at cooking, and she made the class so enjoyable. You get to experience the joy of making incredible food and then eating it with a lovely view. Oh my goodness, this was a once in a lifetime experience. Stefania and Carmela make an amazing duo - passionate, funny, professional, friendly and energetic. These ladies hosted and taught us how to experience Italy, specifically Tuscany, in the authentic way, starting with the shopping and ending with the eating. The villa is beautiful with a picture perfect view. The kitchen and dining area made a goregous set for the day. I’ve never loved cooking as much as I did today; my daughters are 9 and 12 and loved everything about this cooking course. Our food turned out Incredible. The team at the villa kept the group organized, the space clean or ready for the next step. I cannot say enough good things about the people and place that made this experience above and beyond what we could have imagined.

We had a fantastic time with Chris and Erica! We are excited to try making pasta at home. It was very well organized. There is a bit of walking and some stairs involved to get down to the kitchen where we cooked (fyi for those with mobility restrictions). They also dropped us off about 5 min walk from the train station at the end (for traveling planning). Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend!
The absolute best excursion!! From the food we prepared to the people that made the event happen to the location....it was wonderful! Highly recommend this excursion!

What an amazing experience! Chris and Erika are amazing and a gift to all of us who were able to learn how to make pasta, bruschetta, tiramisu, and sauce. This class was a highlight for my college friends 60th birthday trip to Italy! All 7 of us had a great time at the Mercado visiting the vendors and learning about the delicacies available at the market. The bus ride to the farmhouse was quick and air conditioned which was nice as it was very hot in Florence during our stay. We arrived at the farmhouse ready to cook. There is a short walk to get to the farmhouse from the bus and you do have to walk down some steep stairs to get to the cooking area. This was fine for us but worth pointing out if you have mobility issues. There may have been other options to get to the cooking area but thought it worth mentioning. Erika and Stefania were excellent instructors! They were entertaining, engaging and included everyone in the demonstrations. Every member of my group has cooking experience and have taken many classes; however, we all left this class with new tips and cooking techniques. The lunch we all created together was EXCEPTIONAL! We highly recommend this class! Thank you to Ericka and Stefania for a memorable afternoon cooking and learning in Florence! Grazie mille!

This is a unique experience and one that won't be forgotten. We did this 10 years ago and went to Florence with other friends recently and decided to repeat the lovely experience. Meeting Stephanie (our guide/chief) was very easy, the marketing a unique experience and then a short ride to the farm nestled in the hills just outside Florence. Wonderful vista views.
There Stephanie was joined by Erika, our host and chief. Felt very welcomed and got right down to preparing our meal. We made bruschetta, our ragu, pasta, roasted potatoes & pork along with some of the best tiramisu we've ever had. And the WINE!!!
Both Erika and Stephanie were excellent and made a great team. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves great food and exceptional experiences. It won't be another 10 years before we return.

Book this tour!! This was one of the most amazing experiences we have ever had and was definitely one of our favorite days in Italy. Chris and Erika were our guides. They spoke great English and were able to include every person as part of the experience. One of the people that booked had an egg and dairy allergy, and they completely accommodated to her and she was still able to enjoy the whole meal. Seeing the market and learning about that was so cool, and then we went to the farmhouse which was absolutely beautiful. They were fun and inclusive and just the most amazing hosts I have ever had for an experience like this. I could not recommend Chris and Erika enough!!!!

From start to finish, this experience was absolutely perfect. Our guide/chefs Chris and Erika were a match made in heaven — the two of them together made the whole day so fun, welcoming, and memorable. We laughed the entire time AND made some of the best food we ate in Italy!!
A special touch: I was 5 months pregnant, and I mentioned it to Chris once, and he kept an eye out for me the entire day. Since I couldn't eat the tiramisu we made, he even surprised me with my own fun dessert of fresh fruit!!
I cannot recommend this enough. I literally tell everyone I know who's heading to Florence that they HAVE to book this specific tour. If you're on the fence, just do it!!

It was a lot of fun! Great hands on experience and food was delicious. They did a great job! However, the meeting point was a bit confusing in the morning. And we were told we would receive recipes via email. Have not yet received them.
10/10 experience!!!! I booked this class for myself, husband and 2 young adult sons. It FAR exceeded any expectations!! The location was beautiful, the instructors (Erica and Stephanie) were wonderful, and we learned so much!!! I can't say enough. They were even able to accommodate our allergy needs so well!!!
I hope to return someday for another class❤️

This was a fantastic day from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend this class enough, Erika and Stefania were both fantastic hosts and made me (solo traveller) feel included and welcomed wholeheartedly. They explain everything really well and answered any questions we had. 10/10! If you’re unsure, book it! Fantastic views too!
