Don't let the location (a storefront in a slightly sketchy area) scare you away. Once inside, this experience was one of the highlights of our Italian trip. Extremely well-run, Tomas was super skilled in engaging with all of us AND in cooking. He was fun, easy-going, and endearing. The meal was AMAZING. Do this class! You will be so glad you did.

My wife and I had an amazing time! Thomas and Guillermo were incredible hosts and teachers. Very knowledgeable about cooking and made the class fun as well. I would recommend this class to all my friends and family. I will likely be back!

This was an amazing experience. Simona was fantastic. We had so much fun. There was 9 of us from age 20-80. We all had a great time and learned so much. The pasta we made was delicious. We made 3 types and 3 sauces. And rhe wine was also excellent. I highly recommend.

Fun!!! Highly recommend this class. Great venue, excellent chef (Simone)! Simone maintained a fun, entertaining, and educational session. Making pastas was so cool and my wife and I had a blast! Food was so tasty and the unlimited wine was also a plus! Highly recommend! Worth your time and money!

This pasta cooking class was a lot of fun. Chef Davide was super entertaining. The pasta making was very hands on. We got to learn how to use new tools and techniques. Lots of tips on the do’s and dont’s of pasta making. Highly recommended.

Thomas, not only a great chef, but a gifted instructor as well! While there were 12 of us, Thomas had a sharp eye for hygiene, making sure there was nothing “special” in the pasta. His instructions were clear and concise, his patience unending - making sure everyone felt comfortable proceeding to the next level. The 12 of us, walking in as strangers, ending as friends, learning the basics of pasta making 101, shared wine, 3 types of pasta dishes and our lives to make an unforgettable evening. Thank you Thomas, the folks from Auckland, Florida, California, Texas and Indiana for making a wonderful experience.

This was hands down our favorite experience in Florence. Chef Marco was very kind and knowledgeable, and made the experience appropriate for people at any skill level of cooking. We got to learn a lot about the art and love that goes into making phenomenal pasta. Learned new recipes and skills to take home.

This class was AMAZING!! I’d give it more stars if I could. We had such a fun time! We learned so much, got to make 3 pastas, and never had empty wine glasses. It was the best pasta we had all trip. Marco was amazing and made the class easy and such a blast. Could not recommend more!

Chef Davide was charming, funny and engaging. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone going to Florence. It was a nice break from sightseeing and walking, and we learned a lot. Plus, he had great local recommendations when we finished eating our pasta.

This was very entertaining. We made 3 different dishes and ate them all!! Delicious wine was included. This class is not for those who don’t like to have fun, you’re in the company of strangers, very intimate, get to know your neighbors type situation. Loved it!

Marco was our chef and he was amazing!! We made three types of pastas and Marco made three sauces while we watched. Recipes were also provided after cooking. The food was so delicious! We learned so much and had a great time thanks to Marco! The wine was a nice added touch!!

This was the 2nd pasta making class I did during a week in Florence and this class exceeded the other one BY FAR.
What I liked:
-The space beautiful and clean and the class was not overbooked and crowded like the other class I took. When they get to a certain size, they moved people to a 2nd location. They could have easily squeezed more people in this space but they choose not to.
- We learned a lot during the class. The first part of the class, Chef Thomas prepared the ragu and sauces. He explained a lot of practical things that will help me with every day cooking and I even learned that I've been ruining my expensive knives the way I've been sharpening them!
- Before we moved to make the pasta, I felt comfortable that the best hygiene policies were being enforced in the class. You will eat pasta that everyone has made so hygiene is important.
- We made 3 AMAZING pastas. The pasta I made during this class was superior in taste and quality to the other class I took earlier in the week. The sauce and ragu he made were also much tastier than the other class we took. I felt like I was eating restaurant quality dishes.
The white and red wine available was delicious. I don't want to mention the other class in this review but it's another popular wine/pasta class. While the other class was fine, it wasn't exceptional like this one was. We had so much space between people whereas the other class I took, we were ON TOP of each other...it was really hot and not as enjoyable.
I would rate this class an A+ and the other unlimited wine and 3 pasta making class I took at a C+/B-. If you want a quality experience where you will walk away learning valuable cooking lessons, take this class.

This was a highlight of our stay in Florence. Chef Andreas was funny, knowledgeable and articulate.
We had fun in our small class of 10 and bonded over great food and free wine!
We learned how to prepare three different sauces as well as forming our own three pastas which were later cooked and served.
I would highly recommend this activity!
