This was one of our favorite experiences in Florence. The class was not only informative, but super fun and interesting. We learned techniques that we will for sure try at home and also learned exactly what flavor we enjoyed most in our pasta (the lemon zest). We will definitely be back on our next trip to Florence

Don’t miss this. Although there were many people, the cooking areas were divided and the experience was the right balance of personal while still affording group fun. Our Chef Andrea was entertaining and enthusiastic. We made and ate great food. A highlight for our entire family.

The location was very nice and Giordono who ran our class was a great teacher and very personable, making jokes with the table etc. There were 24 people at our table making the pasta and you do put all the made pasta into a shared pot.

Experience was fun and engaging. There are multiple tables (courses) going on at once, but it doesn't seem to interfere too much with the experience. Our instructor Jacobo was also very fun and engaging himself. Good experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed this experiece for the entire family. Our first cooking class and it was so much fun making pasta together, did I mention, endless wine for the adults? Strongly recommend this activity.

The class was oversold. We took turns moving stuff around to have enough space to roll out dough etc. I expected to eat what I made, since you season to your preference, however everyone puts all their food in a pile and you eat what the class made. People were tasting food off their hands, then working the dough, so don’t book if that’s an issue for you.
I would have preferred less people so we had space to work and to eat only what our family made.

A great time with Edward - fantastic chef, teacher, with great energy. Made 3 different pastas with easy recipes that can be replicated at home without difficulty. Enjoy!

Excellent experience for our family of 5 (Kids 15, 9, 7). Chef Giovanni was so engaging. After a long day of travel the kids agreed this turned the whole day around and was the highlight! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience making pasta from scratch in a beautiful rustic building in a group environment. We went as a family with a 4 yr old and 8 yr old and they enjoyed it as much as we did (though obviously they didn’t partake in the bottomless wine).
It was heavily recommended to us and we would pass on that recommendation without hesitation. It allowed us to escape the heat and do an activity together making our favourite food. Do it - you won’t regret it!

The instructor was FANTASTIC and genuinely wanted us all to fall in love with pasta making while having tons of fun. Despite it being everyone’s first time making pasta, it turned out amazing and our lunch was truly some of the best food we had in Florence. At the end of it, we learned how to make 3 different pastas, had a ton of fun, will actually take the skills back and make pasta at home!

Valentino was our chef. He could not have done a better job of navigating our class and keeping us in task as well as excellent instructions . We all had time to eat and interact

We had a lot of fun at this class. The only negative I can say about the class is that you sit at a table with other groups and the food you make gets all mixed together so you don’t necessarily eat what you made.

Our family of 8 had an amazing experience with Chef Arianna. We would strongly recommend this for young and old alike! We had 3 kids (11yo, 13yo, and 17yo), 2 younger adults and 3 older adults. We all had fun, especially the wine drinkers!! ;)

This was the best experience in Florence. The Chef David made it even more special. We met a lot of nice people from other parts of the world there and learnt how to make real Italian pasta. Highly recommend.

Everything was amazing and the instructor was perfect. He was slow to explain which made it helpful for us to follow.
He cooked the ragu and other sauces and it was the best meal I’ve eaten.

We had so much fun learning to make pasta together. Valentino (Vale) was EXCELLENT. We had our 5, 7, and 9 year olds with us, and he made sure they knew that they could do it too. So patient and friendly with the kids. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we can’t wait to replicate them when we get home. Eating the fruits of our labor at the end was especially rewarding. Absolutely would recommend this experience to anyone looking for something fun and unique to do in Florence.

After taking this pasta class, I feel confident that I can attempt this at home. Really great setup with a nice social setting, my group ended up all talking together at the end and sharing stories. The chef was excellent at explaining each step and pacing the group.

Outstanding class!! We did this with our daughter and a friend, Antonio taught us a lot about pasta while leading us through making three different kinds of pasta. He was helpful and engaging. Our meal was fantastic.

This is a review of Viator, not the cooking school. The meeting place was the wrong address & by the time we showed up, we were 35 mins late. We did not get to participate in the activity. I still rated 5 stars, as the chef was wonderful, understood why we were late, and helped us facilitate a refund with Viator. I would still recommend this activity, with this cooking school based on the kind treatment we received on our late arrival.
