This was definitely a highlight for us. My family loves to cook and it was a great opportunity to learn pasta making in the birthplace of pasta! Chef Nikola was great with a crowd and was able to provide clear instructions and help while also being funny and charming as a host. We had a boisterous group seated in the same room and he was great at handling their energy and quieting them down when he was giving directions. My wife and I brought our two teenage kids, but this would have been a great format for a group of any size. The other participants were fun, as well, and it added to our positive experience. I’d highly recommend this cooking class for anyone!

It’s just a money maker as there are 100+ people in a couple of rooms so you have 20-30 in your class. The endless wine, we had to ask if we could have some and then they ran out. Our “chef” was rude and short tempered with us but the worst part - you have to eat other people’s food because all of our stuff goes into one pot - they washed their hands sure but I watched people rub their faces, hair hanging down into the food, dirt finger nails, etc….. gross!!! I would never recommend this place.

Our cooking class with Chef Valentino was wonderful. My wife and I were very impressed with the venue, which was a private cellar with a group of 12 guests. Bottomless wine 🍷! We made three different pastas and with the Chef's crafty assistance, we enjoyed a lovely dinner with a delicious Tiramisu dessert. Can't wait to use my culinary skills back at home. Thank you Chef Vale for a most memorable experience.

Very crowded. Making pasta was fun but you’re not hands on, with sauces and boiling. Our guide was great and lively. Would have been nice to leave with recipes.

It was fun but would have infinitely better with actual room to move and roll your pasta. Way way too crowded, shoulder to shoulder could barely move which really made it not fun. Disappointed because it could have fun if we weren’t sardines.

Great experience! Our chef, Valentino, was great! Great personality, great sense of humor and explained the steps and processes perfectly for all to understand. We made the pasta from scratch with the different types of flours while Vale showed us how to properly mix the dough. We sectioned our dough into 3 and made tortellini, ravioli and tagliatelle. Chef paired each one with a delicious sauce; tortellini with butter sage; ravioli with tomatoe; tagliatelle with a flavorful meat sauce. The class was paired with unlimited white and red wine. Our class was so much fun because Chef Vale had a great personality and included everyone. Highly recommend!

Had a really good time here. My wife took me along for a competitive experience and it was excellent - our chef Antonio was helpful, engaging and light hearted and we both learned a lot. The only thing preventing this from being a 5 star review was the amount of people taking part. The room and pasta making area was cramped and it was difficult to find the space to enjoy fully. Nevertheless we had a great time and the food was delicious

Never thought making pasta could be so easy! Good instructions from the chef, all materials were prepared, wine was good. Only bad point was - you couldnt eat the pasta you made since all the pasta the whole group made was mixed together.

Antonio taught us how to make three different pastas, and then he cooked three different sauces for us to try with our homemade pasta. The class was very organized and well structured. Antonio and his assistant. Alicia(?), did a wonderful job checking on each of us and they were very encouraging. Antonio added humor to the class, and that, coupled with our delicious pasta and the unlimited wine, made for a wonderful way to spend an afternoon in Florence. Highly recommend!
