Absolutely incredible. Allesandro is THE BEST. Please give this man a raise. I felt like I actually learned things AND he made it so fun. What an experience. You MUST do this. We were at the Osteria in Cantinone and it was perfection. The food was great, the interactions and conversation lively, and basically a beautiful time had by all!

Loved the one on one attention we received. The class was wonderful! We learned a lot about how to make pasta and tiramisu in addition to the history of Italian cuisine. My husband was hesitant about cooking but couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful everything was as we walked home. Highly recommend!

Our guide/teacher was Narghess and she was amazing. She made the class so much fun. We made tiramisu and 2 types of pasta and then sat down and ate our creations. It was all so delicious! Would highly recommend, especially with Narghess. She definitely made the experience what it was!

Narghess was the best guide we could’ve gotten. She was so much fun and truly made our experience. I’ve done pasta cooking classes in the past and this one has been the best because of Narghess. 10/10 recommend it was the perfect.

This cooking class was so much fun!!! My husband and I went with our 2 girls, ages 12 and 13. We had a great group of people that were so much fun! The instructor was knowledgeable, funny and just overall made the experience so much fun! I would highly recommend!

An amazing experience! A huge thank you to Clive, an exceptional instructor. Clive was engaging and knowledgable, wonderful to learn from a professional chef. He made it a well rounded experience, we wanted to put our hearts into it and enjoy the process of making beautiful pasta! We didn't know what to expect and this experience exceeded our expectations! The location, Corte dei Pazzi, is beautiful, extremely organized and clean. The results of the class, pasta and tiramisu, were delicious! Thank you!

We had so much fun with the pasta making experience! Tonya was a great teacher, with a lot of patience, and made it easy for us to create our own handmade pasta and tiramisu, which were then cooked, sauced, and served to us for a delicious lunch. be forewarned that you may want to build the cost of a pasta machine into your budget, as you will be ready to start making your own pasta when you return home from vacation. Tonya also provided a great list of recommendations for local shops, restaurants, and sites of interest. We had a blast and would highly recommend the experience!

We had a wonderful cooking class in Florence with Alexandro. He made the experience warm and engaging, sharing stories while we learned to make pasta and tiramisu, with original meaning of Tiramisu and Spatula! He also made it especially fun for our 12-year-old, keeping her involved and excited throughout. Enjoying the meal family-style with good vino and ending with a lovely limoncello toast was the perfect touch. Highly recommend! 🍝🍷🍋

Our chef, Alessandro, was amazing!! It was great to get the one on one help in making the tiramisu & pasta dishes. It was a fun, enjoyable, and informative class. Everything was delicious. This was one of our most amazing experiences in Florence & one we will truly remember!!

Ambar was a character and really knew exactly how to motivate us and have fun with us. The convivial nature of the class allowed for great conversations. Plus, we really did learn a lot about the process of making pasta and tiramisu. The restaurant was closing and nobody wanted to leave if you can believe that.

We had a small group of three, me and a newlywed couple from Texas. I loved the group size! We were able to interact with with Amber, our host, and ask questions as needed. Amber was a wealth of knowledge! I feel like I can go home and replicate the recipes in a manner that would make Amber proud!

we made 2 pasta and a tiramisu. For me, I found the price to value not worth it given its vegetarian pasta. I was expecting meat sauce based. None of us had dietary requirements. There’s “unlimited” wine but its very cheap ones. It is still fun, but not for the price
