This was an amazing tour 10/10 recommend! The food was delicious and varied. Unique Dutch specialties with good portions and a variety of locations. Tried and tested by Roman the best tour guide!! The tour was interesting, filling and fun. Ends with Dutch Apple Pie in a Locals Brown Bar (with the option to buy a local beer) but appreciated the fact that alcohol was not part of the food tour. Book it early in your trip because you get a good sense of the city and he has awesome suggestions of where to get the best food! Thanks for a great afternoon Roman you made it fun even though the weather was temperamental!

Lovely day at Keukenhof

Keukenhof is a lovely botanical garden and makes for a wonderful day trip out of Amsterdam. We visited about 5 days after the opening day and even though it was a cloudy day and the full bloom had not yet happened for the tulip fields and outdoor gardens, it was still very beautiful and peaceful to walk around. There are several indoor pavilions which house many blooming tulips, orchids, daffodils, other flowers and flower arrangements so there are plenty of amazing flowers to see. We did a self tour and purchased the open return option which allowed us to leave when we wanted (buses leave every 30 minutes to return to Amsterdam). There are many food options at Keukenhof, tasty but kind of pricey. You are allowed to bring your own food and sit at the many outdoor tables near the restaurants. Once inside there are no additional charges unless you want to do a canal cruise (we skipped it since the fields weren’t fully blooming). We thoroughly enjoyed our day at Keukenhof esp since it wasn’t very crowded. If you go during the peak bloom expect a lot of people so go early in the morning! If visiting Amsterdam close to tulip season we’d highly recommend a day trip to Keukenhof!

Highly Enjoyable Canal Cruise Experience in Amsterdam

We arrived without tickets, but fortunately were still able to board last minute—just before departure—and purchase them at the dock. It was a beautiful sunny Sunday, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Once on board, two excellent guides led a pleasant canal cruise through Amsterdam, sharing interesting and engaging stories about life on and around the canals. We also enjoyed a selection of cold beers and other drinks on board. Overall, a very enjoyable experience that we would highly recommend.

Sailed with Tim and Tom today, 3/23/26 and thoroughly enjoyed our experience! They were friendly and knowledgeable. The boat provided a good amount of snack variety and the sunset cruise was amazing. I would be mindful to make sure to confirm if the boat is a fully covered boat or not based on your ride time!

Loved this experience! The boat was so nice and the treats were tasty and it added to the experience. Captain Erik was so knowledgeable and funny. It was easy to listen to him as he is very engaging. I would highly recommend this experience. It is a wonderful was to see the city. We also did a walking tour and interesting enough the tours were very different and both worth while.

Amazing to see his paintings up close

Showcased many of van gogh's self portraits, his irises in a vase, and many of his lesser known paintings. Sunflowers was in a temporary exhibit. The audio tour was very informative and interesting, allowing you to hear about his life and specific paintings. Loved it! Pictures were allowed.

Wonderful art tour of Dutch golden period

This tour of the Rijks museum focused on art produced during the Dutch golden period, including works by Rembrandt and Vermeer. Our guide, Gosse, provided historical information that enhanced the experience and made each art work more meaningful. The two hours went by quickly because he kept us engaged the entire time. More importantly, it made me want to continue to learn more about this period, the art pieces and the artists. Highly recommend this tour. We saw one Van Gogh self portrait during this tour but also recommend visiting the Van Gogh museum nearby (separate ticket using audio guide) to see his other pieces and learn more about his life.

The perfect mix of...

The perfect mix of incredible food, culture, and history. Over the course of the tour we enjoyed more than ten tastings at local spots while walking through some of the city’s most beautiful neighborhoods. One of the most interesting stops was learning about Surinamese cuisine, a vibrant fusion of Indian, Indonesian, African, Chinese, and Dutch influences that reflects Amsterdam’s multicultural history. Our guide Todd was fun, knowledgeable, and clearly excited to share Amsterdam’s food and culture with us. Highly recommend this tour!
