For pasta makers, roll up your sleeves and get to work creating three types of fresh pasta from scratch, and recreate iconic sauces including Pesto, Carbonara, Amatriciana and Cacio e Pepe.
For pizza makers, after preparing the dough, select the topping ingredients that you like from the assortment of fresh vegetables harvested from the estate gardens. Your pizza is then baked traditional-style in the wood oven.

My two teenage daughters and I had an amazing time with Noemi, Gloria and Ivana!! This was the highlight of our trip to Florence! We learned to make delicious homemade pasta and sauces, as well as gelato. We saw the gorgeous Tuscan countryside from a farm house. Made new friends. Laughed together, ate our delicious creations, enjoyed local Chinati and took beautiful pictures at sunset. We highly recommend you make this part of your visit to Firenze, Tuscany, Chianti. It was the best experience! So much fun and very informative.
Aurora, Tiziano, and, Lodovik were so helpful, hilarious, and made the experience special. We have talked about it to others and have encouraged them to seek out this experience when visiting Florence.

We were very excited about this cooking class (pasta and gelato), however found it quite disappointing. You drive nearly an hour into Tuscany region, I expected to be immersed in the countryside, perhaps with tuscan views. There is no mention or talk about the area, or even the ingredients or anything in regards to italian food/cooking. We did not walk though any vege gardens or pick our own ingredients. I was also very annoyed that we don’t actually do any cooking. You roll out and shape your pasta. Then they prepare it for you. You don’t even make the sauce. This was not an authentic cooking class, but more of a gimicky tourist trap. They try and sell it as being authentic but you might as well pick one in the city. So much wasted potential. Very disappointed. Ive done cooking classes all around the world ans this was the least hands on one i’ve ever done ans had the largest group by far. There is a lot of waiting around and not much ‘cooking’.

Farm, pasta, gelato, Tuscan hills, great people, great wine. What else do you need?
Half-day bus trip from Florence to a farm with views that make you question every life choice that didn’t bring you here sooner. Our hosts (Angela, Beatrice & Elechora) were funny, knowledgeable, and kept things moving without rushing, perfect balance.
We made pasta and gelato from scratch, ate everything we made, drank plenty of wine, and had genuine conversations with travelers we’d never have met otherwise. The communal cooking format breaks the ice instantly. There’s something about bad pasta technique that bonds strangers fast.
Big plus for families: our teenager was fully included in everything. A wine tour would have left him watching from the sidelines, instead this had him engaged and laughing the whole time with other teens too.
One of those experiences that earns five stars without needing to think about it. Book it.

It is a wonderful trip to the Tuscan countryside. We were a family of parents traveling with a recent US high school graduate and a rising HS junior. Everyone had fun. The teachers were enthusiastic and friendly. We also learned enough to try making pasta at home. The gelato was delicious. It’s a very worthwhile experience, especially given the reasonable price point. You get a nice meal, dessert, and wine. All in all, one of the highlights of our two weeks in Italy.

A pizza-making class in Florence is an absolute must-do ! The experience was incredible from start to finish. Our hosts—Ado, Mario, and Luigi (I may not have their names exactly right, but that's what they went by)—were fantastic. They were warm, entertaining, and made everyone feel welcome. Their enthusiasm and humor made the class so much fun, and they truly made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!

This excursion was excellent. We loved every aspect of it. The hosts were so friendly and made the day special. We had Camilla, Angela, and Eleonora. The location is beautiful, the day was fun and informational, and the food was great. (We did the pasta) My son and I now feel confident to make pasta at home. Don’t hesitate to book this. Absolutely splendid time at this Tuscany farmhouse. The gelato and pizza making class was so much fun and memorable. The workers did such a great job keeping us engaged by going from making gelato then switching to pizza making and back forth until the final product. Then being able to eat the pizza and gelato was the icing on the cake!! Offering a little bit of wine and beer was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

If you want to escape the busy city center for a few hours and learn a classic Italian skill, this class is a must! The entire experience was filled with laughs, excellent instruction, and a very generous amount of wine.
The instructors managed to be both highly knowledgeable and incredibly fun. They broke down the science of making the perfect pizza dough (the baby) and sauce, and then let us have a blast attempting to throw the dough in the air like professionals. An absolutely fantastic time!

Our family of 15, celebrating my dad's 80th birthday, had an AMAZING time at the farm learning how to make pizza and gelato. The scenery was incredible and the instructors were so hospitable and fun! We had a mix of kids, teens and adults and everyone thought it was the highlight of our trip. Not only did we enjoy making the pizza and the gelato, but it was all so delicious!! Our hearts and tummies were full after our time there and we would highly recommend to all!

This was a wonderful experience for my friends and I. It was our first time in Italy and we were wanting a more authentic cooking class but didn’t want to pay $$$$$. This was the prefect class for us! It wasn’t overcrowded and everyone had the opportunity to make a personal pizza and gelato. The pizza was one of the best I have ever eaten! Everyone, from the cooking instructors to the bus driver, was friendly and fun! My friends and I highly recommend this experience and would do it again given the chance! Plus the view was phenomenal!

This is a great hands on activity. The bus was 40 people and I still felt we received hands on help. They had many small stations set up. The transfer from Florence was beautiful and the recipes we received will be used back in the states!

It was an excellent experience. My only concern is that I am still waiting for all of the recipes. I was told we would get them in 30 days. Please ask the vendor to send them. I would do this excursion again.

On every level, this experience was amazing. From start to finish, the entire staff ant every level, made this experience wonderful. It was fun, super informative, and the setting couldn’t have been better on the edge of a Tuscan countryside with a beautiful view. We made gelato, pizza, dough, and baked pizza. I’ll go home with a wealth of knowledge and will never forget this experience.

We LOVED this experience! Eleonora, Antonio and Stefania were absolutely wonderful. They truly made this class so fun and entertaining. The dishes we made were delicious, and are things we can easily make at home (will definitely need some practice lol). The family style meal at the end of the class was such a nice way to finish off the experience. We got to chat with people from all over, and we felt like we left with new friends. Highly, highly recommend this experience!!

Max, Arla and Titiano were excellent hosts, and seemed to be genuinely having a good time entertaining their guests. They created space for us to meet new people, while making sure the entire group succeeded, regardless of skill level. I enjoyed the property, the well appointed estate and all its views during the entire experience.
They provided clear directions on how to initially find the tour group at the train station. Gaia was friendly and helpful at leading the group to the tour bus and set the tone for the rest of the trip. The entire staff were outstanding. I felt like, if I lived here, I could be friends with any of them. I’m not sure what made my wife pick this tour above other options, but I’m glad she did. Thank you.

We missed the bus to the farm, but caught a cab and beat the bus! We were greeted with cold beer & wine! The people working there were so fun and helpful! Making the galato was fun and it turned out so great! You got to try everyone’s flavors! Our pizza was so good! I highly recommend this super fun experience!

We learned how to make two different types of pasta, gelato and pesto. There were enough staff members to demonstrate and then, assist with the tasks. Everything was very well-organized and the day flowed at a comfortable pace. Angela, Luca, Carmella, Camila and Aurora were the best! We also appreciated the skill of our coach driver and other employees at the farm.
