What are people saying about San Francisco

It’s important who you hire
This experience was beautiful. Not only because of the Muir Woods but we had a tour guide that loves San Francisco. My favorite thing to do in a different city is be a tourist and he made the experience so lovely. From his extensive knowledge of the city he grew up in, to his passion and ability to keep everybody engaged. He communicated clearly and gave us pieces of San Francisco. It was a beautiful touch to incorporate music as well. Normally on long commutes, I listen to music or sleep but there really was no reason to. The woods were obviously gorgeous and getting our picture at the Golden Gate Bridge was lovely as well. I’d recommend this package. It’s worth it especially if you’re lucky enough to get a tour guide as great as ours.

Wine Day Away
Started with a hotel pick up which was nice. The trip was timed perfectly with a stop at treasure island for some pictures then off to wine country with two different types of wineries which was nice and a stop for lunch in Sonoma. Capped the day with a fun stop super close to the GG bridge where the view was amazing.

Excellent Tour
Tour guide Per was outstanding, very knowledgeable and funny. Provided excellent recommendations on food and other sights to see outside of the tour. This tour was a great mix of San Francisco city highlights, natural beauty of Muir Woods, and artsy quaint city of Sausalito.

Scott was great and very...
Scott was great and very patient. Maybe too patient. The tour had chronically late passengers, which shortened the visit to Pebble Beach Golf. The main reason we booked the tour. A piece of advice, plan a restroom stop on the 2 1/2 hour drive back. My husband left his phone on the bus at departure and Scott was kind enough to turn around.

A rather lengthy but very worthwhile tour.
Very extensive and informative tour. I was a bit concerned by the 5 PM first impression but Viktor more than redeemed himself over the next 15 plus hours. The assistance with photos, informative videos, commentary and telescope at El Capitan were fantastic. Overall, I don’t see how it could have been more enjoyable.

Best day trip to Yosemite ever!!!
We had Sharon as our tour guide and wow. We had the bestest day ever! The most perfect day ever.
Sharon made sure that we had absolutely everything that we needed. From wipes to bottled water and even our personal photographer!!
Sharon went out of her way to make sure that we had the most amazing day for a once in a lifetime experience. I’m so glad that we had Sharon as our guide!
Yes it’s a long day, but we were well looked after and entertained! Sharon has an amazing playlist for the journey in and out of Yosemite which just set the mood from the excitement of arriving, relaxing spectacular view and San Francisco themed songs for our journey back.
We took the trip in a different bus than usual due to some problems that they had with their original vehicle in the past. Roberto, the driver, was excellent, polite, professional and a smooth driver on some crazy roads!
This trip is most definitely worth it. If you get the chance you must take this trip! You will not regret it. Make sure you pack a charging wire (usb) or a power bank as your battery will be drained from taking so many photos!
Thank you so much Sharon! We have made memories to last a lifetime!

Great first visit experience
Great trip. Def could go back for more time in Muir Woods, but great to experience. Sausalito was very nice as well.
Perhaps if there was an option for people who didn’t plan to do Alcatraz, that would’ve been nice so there could have been an option to stay longer in Muir Woods.
Tour guide, Dustin was great.

Muir Woods Tour
Great experience with guide Doug. He provided knowledge of the Muir Woods park including information about the various trees then took us through Sausalito for another quick informative tour. He was very helpful with any questions and made the ride enjoyable.

Bridge to Bridge cruise.
The staff was very friendly. The bartender made a great bloody Mary to set the mid morning cruise off to great start. The boat was very clean and the trip was great. My wife and kids loved it. The boat leaves right on time so give yourself plenty of time to park and get to the pier.

Barry, the tour guide,...
Barry, the tour guide, was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable about the history of San Francisco and pointed out sites along our drive.
He was interesting and funny which made the drive enjoyable. He also assisted with picture taking and made sure everyone was having a good time. I enjoyed the first winery the best since we were able to sit down during the wine tasting. The second winery had us standing in the warehouse and some of the guests needed to sit but didn’t speak up.
Other than that issue the day was perfect !

Best day of my life
First off I recommend this if you’re staying ANYWHERE in the Bay Area, because I was staying in San José and had zero issues finding an uber there quickly. Now Jayms is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, He even stopped at a fruit stand and old western gold rush town on the way, helped the trip to stretch. The view driving in is beautiful through the sierra range, then you come to tunnel view which is absolutely breathtaking, then drop into the valley. They give you the perfect amount of time to hike two trails next to the northern face and the falls, or if you’re a serious hiker Jayms will drive you up to a steeper trail. Can’t say enough about Jayms, clearly done this 1000 times an absolute pro and the park beats expectations.

Not seeing something you are looking for?
A small peninsula in the middle of the California coast, San Francisco makes a strategic base camp for exploring Northern California and the Central Coast. See some of the Golden State's most iconic attractions by embarking on guided day trips from San Francisco, traveling to such destinations as California's wine country, redwood forests, national parks, and the coastal cities of Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea. Not only do these tours take care of all the planning and driving, but they can include packages with wine tastings, lunch, and dinners. Some even combine trips to two, three, or more attractions in one day.
