We had a a wonderful and complete learning experience on this tour. Pep was very knowledgeable and has clearly explained the full ecosystem of Stanford University and the Tech giants of Silicon Valley. My son even got a lot of wisdom from her about life and career. It was all worth it and definitely highly recommended on not to be missed if you visited San Francisco.

Pep was very helpful and knowledgeable. She shared a lot of information and stories about each place. The tour was 6 hours but it was more than that, my parents and brother were very happy and enjoyed the trip. This is the first time they traveled to San Fransico, and definitely, they want to come back again. Very highly recommended trip to Silicon Valley.

Highly Recommended Private Tour. The tour was about 7 hours! So much longer than any other Silicon tour provider. The SUV luxury car is really nice and very comfortable with AC, water and candies-treats provided.. Pep, your guide tour and driver is very nice and knowledgeable about the history and development of the Silicon Valley as she lives here. She will take you to the most important Tech companies who changed the world and will customized as well to your requests some places you'd like to see. She will give you maps of place you'll visit and gives you the time at each location so you don't rush and can visit in a relaxed way. Definitely a must to do and see if you come to San Francisco and Bay Area. Moreover, Pep as more tours in the city of SF and around the Bay. So you can book more tours with same friendly person. Pep is always available to take great pictures of you in front of Facebook Meta, Google, Apple Park, HP history house, Museum, Stanford University, Hanahaus, Computer History Museum and much more. Ive really enjoyed feeling the vibe and life in Mountain view, Palo Alto, Cupertino, Menlo Park, SF, etc. YES! You're gonna see them all within the Silicon Valley and know more about it than any one! I loved it, really!

Good tour, but overpriced and average tour guide

Not having a car this tour provided us with an opportunity to visit Silicon Valley and see the main sites. We enjoyed having a guide to give us background and history. Our guide was ok and we were disappointed that she kept telling us she had a headache and due to that had organized an additional person to be the driver who was in a hurry to return to the city. For the high price of the tour this was not really an acceptable standard..

Sorry you feel that way. Silicon Valley tours are much more challenging than other tours. It's very difficult to find guides to cover the tours. I have a startup and understand the SV ecosystem. Not many guides do or are interested in doing this tour. The family paid for a regular tour where you have a driver/guide. We had a driver and a guide for a family of 3 which is the service we provide VIP clients. They actually got a bargain. I had a headache and decided to have a driver as opposed to rescheduling or canceling the tour. Additionally, this was a 5 hour tour from 10:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m. We picked them up at 10:00 a.m and dropped them off at 3:00 p.m since the driver had a 3:30 p.m appointment. The Computer History Museum visit takes an hour. They spent 30 minutes having lunch which cut into their museum time. 98% of the people have a late lunch instead. I had emailed them the itinerary the day before. They had enough time to plan their time efficiently if they wanted to. If possible, I give clients an opportunity to extend the tour when I drive. She also gave us a $30 cash tip. Thanks for the feedback. We will do better next time.

Très ordinaire… supposer partir à 8h finalement le chauffeur nous a appelé la veille pour partir à 10h revenu à 14h pile à l’hôtel !! Voiture propre et chauffeur vraiment très bien mais ça vaut pas la peine de prendre un chauffeur 200$ de l’heure … très décevant. Vraiment pas grand chose à voir Apple, Google bof un café et un magasin. Très déçu de notre expérience

I am sorry you feel that way. Viator does the billing. We don't. Billing questions should be addressed with them. The title of the tour is "Silicon Valley tour from San Francisco" . That's because we are based in San Francisco. The client was staying in Palo Alto which is an hour drive from San Francisco. Travel time to and from San Francisco is 2 hours. They had prepaid for a 6 hour tour. That leaves 4 hours for the tour. I talked to the driver and he said that they were happy with the service and even gave them a $60 tip.
