Pretty Perfect

Our captain, Claudio, is a native to the island and a pro on deck. Watched our headcount of 5 and another couple the entire time to ensure our safety and satisfaction. We didn’t use the facilities or the cabin so can’t speak for them, but boat deck was tidy and appointed. Will consider again if we ever return. Thank you!

The perfect tour for families or anyone not wanting to walk or short on time !

What a fabulous tour! Family traveling with kids age 11 and 14. We only had 1 day in Rome having arrived on a cruise ship. We chose this tour based on the fabulous reviews and quickness in the 38 degrees heat. No walking around with kids that would moan! We LOVED it. We saw everything had photo opportunities at all the major attractions, the guides/drivers are exceptionally well versed and funny. The fairness rotating groups to sit backward etc was a nice touch too. Water is provided at the tour meet up and afterwards too if required. The gelato/toilet stop is perfectly timed also and the gelato is incredible. Cannot recommend this tour enough if you are pushed for time and aren’t vacationing within Rome itself. Booking was simple and easy as I’ve found with Viator before it’s a great app. Before the tour we had coffee at a business very close by to the tour office called “ Urbana “ it’s fabulous and the waiting staff are so friendly. We decided to go back for a late lunch after which was sublime pizza and pasta all make fresh with great reviews also.

This was an absolutely fantastic tour. Our guide Yulia was amazing--friendly, informative, and engaging. She was knowledgeable in both Vatican history and Renaissance art. This was such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Vatican.

Absolutely fantastic!!

Maggie was an exceptional tour guide and her experience and knowledge was outstanding. She was so engaging and made an effort to include the younger participants of the group which was nice. The tour itself was fantastic - even our 16 year old that didn't want to go initially said it was the best thing he did during our trip! A pitstop tour of the major highlights, skip the queue tickets and access to the Basilica via an exclusive entrance from the Sistine Chapel was worth every penny. Allowed us to visit the main attractions without wandering aimlessly, which was especially appreciated during the July heatwave. 5 ⭐ from us!!

Even with hiccups, it was all handled well, and a great tour!!

There was a miscommunication between Luxorbe and Viator on the pick up location, but it all worked out in the end. I was able to contact luxury, even though the number that is listed on the Viator ticket is not accurate. I had to look up an accurate number on the web. Once I was able to contact luxurbe customer support, they were very helpful in getting us in contact with our driver. After our driver picked us up, about 40 minutes later than originally planned, we had an amazing tour! Fortunately, there was great entertainment at the Paollo Square! Once on the tour, we loved all the back alleyways, and the time that was given to us at each stop. We got some great photos, and some great stories!

Fantastic tour!

Lisa was a fantastic guide and great with our kids. She was very knowledgeable! We took this tour on our first full day in Rome and it was a great way to relax while getting the lay of the land. Lisa stopped at a few places we never would have explored on our own and we were able to get out and spend time at various stops and take pictures. We would highly recommend!

We had the BEST tour! Senia (our tour guide) was AMAZING, she’s knowledgeable, friendly, making sure that we were all stayed hydrated (it was very hot). My teenage sons loved the tour! And that means a lot! She made the experience wonderful! The meeting point is easy to find and well organized.

Fantastic tour with Welcome Italy! The Amalfi Coast with Pompeii day trip from Rome was well organized and absolutely worth it. Perfect day at the Vatican

Our private Vatican tour with Mirta was fantastic! We were picked up from our hotel on time and every detail of the day went exactly as promised. Mirta was a charming and informative tour guide. She had so much to share and was funny too. While we waited to go in (we were intentionally early in order to enter as soon as the Vatican opened), she wisely used the time to share all about the Sistine chapel since guides can’t speak inside the church. Later, when we were actually in the chapel, we felt we had much better knowledge of all of the special details. Starting early meant we were able to beat the rush of people and have a really special overall experience. She was so good at highlighting the best parts and kept it moving so we could see each space in a timely manner. She even took nice pictures of our group in the perfect spots. Then, our great driver was waiting for us as we walked out. It really could not have been a better tour. Thank you Mirta for providing an amazing morning for our group!

A Great Day at the Roman Colosseum

Wow! What a great day! Our guide was so engaging and obviously knowledgeable about the Colosseum and Roman Forum. We moved at a comfortable pace and were given time at strategic spots to take photos. The highlight of our tour was our time underground (it was my husband’s special request) and it did not disappoint.

it sucks that you have to pay such a crazy amount for something that the colosseum sells for much less. but for what is worth, this works, we were able to have our underground tour. This company plans the forum tour, then they leave you on your own to go to the colosseum and meet with the colosseum tour lead (not part of this company). Our spanish Forum tour with Tricia was very good.
