Meet the guide at the end of the Bridge of Angels (Ponte Sant'Angelo) in front of the Castel Sant'Angelo Castle. Your guide will be holding a “MORE OF ROME” sign. The check-in begins 15 minutes before the beginning of the tour. Please be there on time. We will not wait for the latecomers.

We explored a different section of the city with stories of the darker side of rulers and individuals who roamed the Roman city. Emma, our tour guide was wonderful and informative which made the evening fun and enjoyable.

It was just the right length and great to see some of Rome at night.
More of a gruesome deaths tour than a ghost tour but a very pleasant way to wile away an evening

We were told to be at the location 15 minutes prior to the tour starting. We were there 30min early. At 8 minutes prior to the tour still no sight of tour guide. When he did respond to my message on WhatsApp, no direct answer other than oh perfect. When we did find Mario he had bit of an attitude. No ghost and the 2 metal sticks were only brought out once and only worked when Mario was using them. Just really bad storytelling about abused women who killed the men abusing them. Tour was a waste of 50min and money.

This tour came recommended by friends, and it did not disappoint! Our guide, Lara, was funny, engaging, and informative. She really made the experience terrific. We learned a lot of interesting and spooky history. Plus, we got to try dhowsing rods, which were fascinating. It was a pleasant walk through interesting neighborhoods. 10 out of 10 I'd recommend.

Mario was a great guide, gave us time for questions and was very enthusiastic. My mistake that we almost joined the wrong group, meeting place is clear in from of the Castel Sant Angelo. Really enjoyed trying the dowsing rods, recommended if you're into the supernatural. Will be looking up all the stories we heard, great tour 😊

This was an interesting tour with some spooky history. The dousing rods were interesting. My mother in law was not scared and was disappointed, but the rest of us enjoyed it.

This was a fun walk with some mildly creepy stories, but mostly historical 'ghost stories' about creepy people. You'll be doing a decent amount of walking and the tour ends in a different location than the starting point, so just be aware. We had a great time.

Our guide was Ali and she did an amazing job! It was fun and informative. She has a long personal history with paranormal and investigations and it shows. We happened to have two of the rudest guests I’ve ever been around and she handled them like a true professional. I highly recommend the tour for those looking for something different. If you get Ali as a guide, consider yourself lucky!

Great experience learning about the dark history of the Roman City Centre and communicating with the ghosts that haunt the street. I brought my nine year old and the Sonia (the guide) was sensitive to this regarding the details of some of the crimes (thank you!). We’ve been on multiple tours over the last week and a half (Colloseum, Pompeii, Positano, Vatican, etc.), and this was the only tour that engaged her and didn’t result in a “when are we going/is it over”. Well worth the cost for a mystical and spooky night along the streets of this former Empire!

Lara was welcoming from the very beginning of the tour and made us feel very comfortable. Not only did she share the information in a very entertaining way, her humor and character made the experience even better. She was extreme yet knowledgeable on each segment of the tour and was able to provide additional knowledge when asked. Additionally, she did a great job of prompting group participation and just great energy all around. This was a huge hit with all of us! Lara was brilliant and you really saw and heard about a side of Rome that you don’t on other experiences! It was scary enough to be super engaging but not too much that it freaked out the kids. Also not too long or arduous a walk. Highly recommend!

Our guide, Emma, was very nice and knowledgeable. The tour was just over an hour long instead of 2 hours. As far as it being a “haunted” or “ghost” tour—it was fairly boring

They were extremely rude with the customer service not allowing us to switch to another day when it was pouring rain. Additionally, our tour guide Emma was especially rude when we asked by saying “I cannot control the weather, babe” and when we decided we would rather lose €60+ than walk through the rain for an 1.5hrs she looked back at me and gave me a look. Lastly, we tried messaging Viator to get money back and they lied to Viator saying they tried to accommodate us.

You called us about an hour before the tour, asking if the tour was still on. The answer was: "Yes, we do not cancel due to rain." You showed up at the meeting point asking for your money back. We cannot control the weather, and we cannot issue refunds at the last minute because a client chose not to attend the tour. We have also provided you with an alternative date, which you declined.
It's an outdoor tour and it runs in all weather conditions. It is rude and very disrespectful of you to damage our reputation just because you were not prepared for rain.

This tour was so cool! Our tour guide, Bryan, was very knowledgeable and made the tour lots of fun with his jokes! We were late for the tour, but he was very accommodating and allowed us to meet the group where they were through excellent communication. It’s a wonderful way to learn more niche and spooky history about Rome and to explore a less touristy area. Highly recommend if you want a fun and interesting night!
