Irene was very knowledgeable and thorough. We enjoyed having her as our guide. However, at the beginning of the tour, she dropped us at the catacombs for a 50 min tour we didnt know anything about. It cut into the rest of our tour and I was not happy about that all. We felt the catacombs was far too long and it rushed us for the other scheduled stops. I wouldnt do that again. We picked the tour for the places, the catacombs stop was unexpected. Since it was the beginning, we thought it was a quick stop. Not until we were there did we know we had to buy tickets, go into caves and it was 50 mins long. She assured us it wouldnt cut into our tour, it absolutely did and we were rushed the rest of the time. Annoying.

Regarding the stop at the catacombs, we would like to gently clarify that Irene explicitly asked at the very beginning of the tour if you would be interested in visiting them, and you agreed to the stop. Since the catacombs require a guided group visit inside, the timing is unfortunately fixed by the site's administration. To ensure this visit did not cut into your scheduled itinerary, Irene actually extended your total tour time by an extra 20 minutes. She did her absolute best to make sure you still visited every single planned stop on the route without missing anything. We are truly sorry if this addition made the rest of the day feel rushed rather than enriched, as that was never our intention. We always strive to adapt our tours to our clients' wishes in real time. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, which helps us refine how we communicate timing and itineraries with our guests. Driver/guide Irene was very knowledgeable, supportive and informative about her city. Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed her professionalism and narratives about the different sites we visited. She pointed out unique details about each site and ensured we visited as many notable sites as possible. I highly recommend Viator. It is great if you will spend two days in Rome. Or you want specifically see some places like I did. We didn’t want to go to the Coliseum or the Vatican so our guide took us to three special places instead, Churches I wanted to see. She waited for us and the car was nice and cool. It’s also great to escape the heat. Actually our guide even waited for an hour because for us because we wanted to go to the top of the St.Peter’s Basilica Dome. It was great! Accomplished many places on my bucket list! Comfortably.

We had a wonderful 4 + hour tour of Rome and our tour guide Irene was excellent, very professional and very knowledgeable of all the sites around Rome. Irene took us to alot of different sites that you would not normally visit and to great view points around the city. I highly recommend this tour and guide and would book again.

This was, hands down, the most interesting and fun tour that we have had the pleasure of taking in many years and countries. Irene was extremely knowledgeable and took us to see so many different areas of Rome, that we felt like locals by the end of our tour. The van was comfortable and air conditioned, and was the only way that my elderly parents were able to see as much as they did of Rome, as they have mobility issues. This tour is a great way to see the highlights of Rome quickly, with a knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful guide. Massimo exceeded our expectations and we had a blast seeing so many highlights and also some very memorable hidden gems. We had plans to see the Colosseum the following day so he added a couple of other stops that were fantastic.
By the end of our tour, we made a great friend and would recommend Massimo and this tour to any of our friends or family that come to Rome!

Irene, our guide, was fantastic. Irene is a very professional and kind guide. She showed us in 4 hours the highlights of interesting places in Rome. Not only the famous touristic places, but also other spots and gems, many beatiful buildings and more. She gave us history facts and stories on each place. A luxury van made our experience perfect. This was a great tour to see many things in Rome when you only have one day there. Irene was a wonderful knowledgeable guide. She picked us up in Fregene where we were staying, well worth it to have her come to pick us up there and take us into the city.

This was by far the most amazing tour. Our driver, Irene, was phenomenal. We started tour asking if we could get something to eat real quick because of our busy morning and she went above and beyond and took us to an amazing, family owned restaurant. It was sooooo good. We never were rushed at the stops and she answered all our questions.

It started with some issues with booking. Booking time was not what I booked for. Able to somewhat customize. Would have liked the driver to state what the next stop would be. With children in the car, a microphone would have been helpful, so everyone in the back could hear.

Highly recommend this company for tours and transportation. We were a needy group. Needed transportation from cruise ship pier to hotel and then a tour of Rome. Roberto and Stephane were absolutely amazing and accommodating. The service was excellent and prompt.
On the tour of Rome, Irene, our tour guide was so knowledgeable of the city and interesting. She also was very understanding of our abilities and so helpful to get us to our most desired sites that were on the top of our list.
The vans were so comfortable and well air conditioned!

Great option to pack in many sites if you only have a little time. The guide did a great job of getting us to a viewing point that pedestrians are less likely to get to so there were less crowds and still beautiful viewing points. Irene was a wonderful guide and she provided so much detail and help to our experience.

Great way to see all of the major city monuments in one day in the summer heat! The van was super clean and spacious for our party of 7. We have a 5 year old that gets tired quickly so this was perfect to have a cool place to come back to.

Selecting Movartis Limo via Viator was an excellent experience. The Movartis driver (Irene) was amazing.
