We booked a guided Fiat tour scheduled for 1:30 PM, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disorganized. We arrived early and waited about 30 minutes before the scheduled time and another 10 minutes after 1:30 PM, but there was no guide or car at the meeting point. When we contacted customer service, they told us the car was five minutes away. After waiting another 10 minutes with no one arriving, we were asked to walk about five minutes to another location where a red Fiat was supposedly waiting.
When we arrived, the driver there was still doing a photo shoot with another customer and told us to contact customer service again. Customer service then clarified that he actually meant another red car that was still on the way and would arrive in about 10 more minutes due to traffic.
The entire situation was confusing and poorly coordinated. We had another timed reservation afterward and couldn’t continue waiting indefinitely. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Had an amazing photo shoot! Just awaiting the arrival of my photos that should arrive in 3/4 days. I will update this review after I receive the photos. The photographer was kind, and patient. I’d definitely recommend this photo shoot!!

Photographer is nice however he spent way too much time on the phone and the pictures are blurry the Colosseum are very dark.
We went to the waterfall up on the hill and that was very nice view but he talk mostly the time on the phone and told us we can take our time with take our own pictures. He did took us some pictures, but not that many.

Jacob was a fantastic tour guide and photographer! Very fun experience to get to see some of the sites of Rome in a vintage Fiat. Staff were very communicative with the time change due to road closures and the location meet up spot.
