Underground Tour

The tour was packed with information and very interesting. The underground areas of the Colosseum have a ton of history and artifacts that are worth seeing. Our guide was an archaeologist, who was extremely knowledgeable, and he provided insight to how many elements of the colosseum came to be discovered and how activities at the colosseum were run. Our guided tour was for the underground and the arena. After the guided portion of the tour; we were welcomed to explore the higher floors of the colosseum on our own. We chose not to do so because of the heatwave ongoing during our time in Rome. After the tour, our tickets also provided self visits of the forum and palestine hill across the street. If you find yourselves here in the summer months, do not forget to bring your own water:

Golf Cart tour with this company was the BEST!!!!

This was the way to go to see Rome at night it was spectacular no crowds and see everything lit up except Trevi still busy. This is a must see and the tour was amazing. The alternated people in different seats in case you wanted a different view our daughters sat in the back the entire trip and loved it. Every stop was amazing and they took pictures on whoever wanted them. Also the gelato shop you go to hands down the best and we went to alot being in rome for 4 days. Anyway book this tour it is well worth it. We went to Rome before Covid and their where no Golf Carts so when you toured the places in June and July especially in the day it was so hot and to tired to go at night.

Perfect way to spend an evening in Rome!

Oscar was so knowledgeable and kind! We had ages 12 to 76 and were a group of 6. He was so informative, great personality and went the extra mile to make sure we saw everything on our list! This is truly a fully customizable tour and he did his homework! We provided a list of places to see and he added a few he knew we would love based on our list. Our Favorite Tour in Rome!

100000% recommend this tour! Liv Tours was organized and quick in getting us assigned to our guide Lia (from Sorrento - hope I spelled her name correctly) She was fantastic!! So warm and friendly and so knowledgeable!! She led us efficiently through the Vatican Museum and hit all the highlights!! The Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s were both magnificent. We took a super early tour to beat the crowds and it was so worth it. Lia was happy to take our family pics also which was so nice. Well worth the money spent - I would highly recommend Liv Tours!!

Seeing Rome in a couple of hours and a ton of fun

Amazing tour and perfect for seeing all of Rome. Best idea ever especially on a very hot day. Frederico was the best and we had so much fun learning about this incredible city. You definitely want Frederico to give you and your family a tour. So knowledgeable, funny and he was easy to understand. Gelato at the end was perfect. He stayed calm in all of the chaos of a parade that had many streets closed. He just smiled and found another route.

An Amazing trip we wont forget!

This was such an amazing trip! Firstly our tour guide Lillia was so passionate and was very clear explaining everything to us. It was very well organised. Lillia took us to the interesting parts of pompeii. We learnt alot. We also got to see the new excurvation going on which was amazing. The coach driver romel ( i hope ive spelt correct) was explaining everything along the journey upto pompeii. He had a great sense of humour and really made the trip fun. Was very well organised, meeting point with city wonders was accurate with arrival and departure times. Such a lovely,emotional and fun day of history, with a tour guide who made it extra special. Excellent tour with...

Excellent tour with Emiliano. He shared a lot of great information about the crypts and catacombs that I didn’t know before we went! We had to take several driving detours due to demonstrations, so we didn’t make it to the Basilica, but we still had an amazing time! I would highly recommend.

Amazing tour guide (Dan!)

We absolutely loved this tour! Dan was such an incredible tour guide and gave us all great recommendations for our visit as well. Even though we went to very touristy destinations in this tour, he did a great job getting us away from the crowd. He also took us to several hidden gems which were our favorite part of our time in Roma by far! We are still talking about this tour days later. Additionally, he gave great tips for how to visit places like the Trevi fountain and avoid larger crowds. All around, such a great tour!

What a great way to get introduced to Rome - and really Italy as a whole. The tour was well paced, with a nice balance of relaxed conversation and interesting history and culture. Our driver, John, was knowledgeable without overdoing it, and he made the experience feel personal rather than scripted. He also navigated the city smoothly and safely, which definitely added to the overall comfort of the tour. I’ll be raising a glass of wine tonight in his honor. Hopefully his bosses read this and consider giving him a raise

Great tour and hope Olga is your guide

Very informative and the guides are incredible. It was a treat to have Olga as our guide for the Vatican portion of the tour. This tour is full of incredible facts and gives you plenty of time in between to grab lunch and make it to the next tour. I went in June, so be aware of the heat because it is a lot of walking and can be very hot.
