Excellent overview of Rome

Excellent tour of various neighborhoods of Rome and key sites. You can choose your route and stops . Our tour guide Giulio was excellent 5star! We traveled with 4 and 2 of us had to sit facing backwards . They were unable to hear the tour guide narration so this was a negative . Possibly 4 seats all front facing is needed with a group more than 3.

All the pre-tour...

All the pre-tour information provided by Viator and LivTour was excellent. It is a very busy environment, so I appreciated knowing exactly where to meet, getting directions in a format that was on my iPhone, etc. I wish so badly that I could remember my tour guide’s name so badly. We have been traveling for 3 weeks and he was by far the best we have had. I remember he is very well educated, passed the exam to be a certified tour guide and knew so much interesting information, and managed to provide it in a way that made what we were seeing come to life! He was simply exceptional.

Excellent tour by Tsion

Tsion is a fantastic tour guide and taught our group a lot of history about the sights we saw. She is friendly, professional, and always made sure the group was all together despite the large crowds. We went as a family, 2 adults and 3 kids. It was a long day but we had a great time. Our guide was Flavio, he kept us entertained with stories and informed about the days agenda. Our guide within Pompeii was also great. The pizza we had for lunch was delicious and the limoncello tasting was an unexpected bonus. I highly recommend this tour.

Underground Tour

The tour was packed with information and very interesting. The underground areas of the Colosseum have a ton of history and artifacts that are worth seeing. Our guide was an archaeologist, who was extremely knowledgeable, and he provided insight to how many elements of the colosseum came to be discovered and how activities at the colosseum were run. Our guided tour was for the underground and the arena. After the guided portion of the tour; we were welcomed to explore the higher floors of the colosseum on our own. We chose not to do so because of the heatwave ongoing during our time in Rome. After the tour, our tickets also provided self visits of the forum and palestine hill across the street. The hotel pickup went smoothly and allowed us to connect with the tour guide very easily. Danny was a superior guide, very knowledgeable and informative. FULL DAY of great touring

Great guides! I can't recall their names but both guides were extremely educational, knowledgeable, entertaining, and just a great experience overall. It was a bit challenging getting from one tour to the next, and trying to eat lunch as well, but we made it, with 10 minutes to spare.
