Operating Schedule: The tour departs at 8:20pm & 8:30pm from Big Bus Stop #1 Termini Railway Station (Via Giovanni Giolitti 32). Please arrive 15 minutes before your chosen departure time. The Night Tour is a panoramic tour, not a hop-on, hop-off tour and is available from 10 April – 2 November only. Infants aged 4 and under travel free of charge and do not require a ticket.

Get there 15 minutes early for a guaranteed spot at the top of the bus. If you want to get off at a specific location let the guide know ahead of time.

It is a phenomenal way to get an overview of the layout and history of Rome. The breathtaking part of the bus ride is circling the Flavian Ampitheater, zipping past the Monument of Vittoro Emmanuel I, and the Castle of Angels. The absence of synchronized GPS and Audio makes many parts of the experience frustrating.

Rome is an amazing city. The audio tour was great, gave alot of history as to how rhe historic buildings came to be.
The place to meet the bus is easy to find and boarding and un boarding was seamless. The tour is incredible. A must do!

We read the reviews and arrived early and were immediately placed into a line for our bus and were the first to board. Only one couple did not make it to the top deck and it appeared to be a choice. We had arrived late in the day to Rome and this was a very pleasant trip through the city. It’s not the best opportunity for pictures because we are moving and the camera needs a little more time to capture an evening picture. However, it was a relaxing and stress free way to see the city the first night of arrival.

If you’re unlucky to be last on the bus for your time slot ticket then the only seating is downstairs in rear seats where views out are limited by decals stuck on windows.

We totally missed the tour because our flight was delayed and we had to get a new flight and we missed the tour. I was unable to cancel the tour in time to get a refund. I was very disappointed.

It was fairly good. The recorded narrative was not in sink with the bus's speed. The bus has moved away from the object of interest when it is being mentioned.

It's a simple tour of the city at night. It's pretty cool, but traffic is a thing. Not to be held against the experience. See the city, spot some places you might want to check out afterwards. Nothing too special, but something to do.

We initially wanted to do a golf cart tour, but it was going to be over $300 for the three of us. I found this big bus tour and thought we would give it a try. Overall, we had a good experience. When we arrived at the meeting place, it was hard to tell which line of people was for the 8:20 pm bus and which was for the 8:30 pm bus, so we just had to start asking around. (People were lined up almost 45 min early!). Once the buses arrived and the driver's were there, we got some clarity on which line we needed to be in. The bus takes you around the city for 1 hour while you listen to commentary through earphones. We got to see alot of things we probably wouldn't have seen without taking this tour! However, don't expect to see things like the Pantheon or Trevi Fountain. The bus is too big to go by those attractions which was a disappointment. It would also have been better if it started at 9 pm in the summer, because the first half of the tour is still daylight in July. Overall, a decent overview of the city for a very reasonable price.

It rained the night we did this tour but had booked in advanced so we were stuck with it. I wouldn’t do that again as we sat on a bus and rode around listening to stories and really weren’t in the right places for what they were saying. The rain made it so you didn’t want to be upstairs and really it was just an hour ride on a bus in a city you couldn’t really see.

The meeting point is a little hard to find. It is towards the end of Roma Termini. Once there it is very organized. Arrive early (about 1/2 hour before) to get seats on top with great views. Bus was very comfortable. Audio set was easy to use and hear. Wonderful photo opportunities.

This is similar to a hop on and hop off type bus. It was a fun experience to see the city of Rome at night but the bus was not able to get close to many of the attractions due to it’s size.

Not worth it. Overpriced bus ride around the city.
Poor directions on where to go to meet bus. Had to message and call multiple times, was finally sent a map.
Different meeting times listed. 30 min is correct if you want a good seat up top.
Downloadable guide is incorrect. Bring your own headphones to plug into a box on your seat on the bus or you get no audio guide.
The top of our bus wasn’t able to be pulled back, it was broken so it wasn’t open air.
Bus driver left lights on below so those on the bottom couldn’t see sites once it was dark.

We got on the bus 20 minutes early to find the top section full. We took seats inside with disappointment. No instructions were given to us. We left on time. We passed a few locations that we thought were nite worthy but did not hear any narration. This was through the entire ride. We only found out 45 minutes through that we should have received earbuds to hear the narrations. A total waste oh an hour.

This would have been a great experience however we had to seat at back of bus and did not have access to windows that were down. Thus every time we tried to take pictures they reflected back.

It was a good tour. Loved to see Rome at night. Worth to take it. The tour got a little delayed as there were 7 of us and the capacity of bus was full. But they arranged another bus which turned out to be great as it got darker and we enjoyed the view.

Really great staff very good customer service. Tour was excellent. We where on the night tour no space upstairs but meant we had aircon and didn't miss anything. Audio guide was funny and informative. If unsure on headphones you could always plug your own in on 3.5mm jack

The number of historical landmarks of Rome that were included in a short period office was as expected. The tour started at 8:20 and unfortunately it was still too light outside to get a full “nighttime tour”. Returned in 1.5 hrs and it was barely dusk. Tours should start later at this time of year to experience the city fully lite. Recorded narration of sites without any information from driver on use of earphones. Mine was in English my partners was in Italian?? Overall the tour was ok but probably would not do again or recommend to others.
