Don't pass up this private tour! Great way to see Rome!

Excellent way to see many of the sites of Rome Central without having to navigate or walk! Sean was our tour guide, very energetic, friendly, professional and knew his history. He took us around the city showing us many sites and navigating through the streets easily. He stopped at many places and advised us on how best to see things and to take pictures (for example, the Trevi Fountain). He also took us to an elevated road with a cul de sac view of the Colosseum, which was unbelievable. The tour is definitely worth it to understand and see some of the most popular things in Rome, especially if you are trying to decide which things to spend more time at on your visit.

In the morning before our tour, we toured the Vatican. We were EXHAUSTED. We booked the golf cart tour in the afternoon and we weren’t sure how lively we would be. However, Andy really amped us up. Riccardo was very knowledgeable, a lifetime resident with lots of knowledge that he shared with us. He is proud to represent his city and was quick to give advice and tips to us. He gave us lots of information with enough time to digest the sights before answering all of our questions. The journey was fun and relaxing, we were even able to customize our itinerary based on our needs. We also got some amazing Gelato on our journey to help us enjoy the sights. Great way to see several iconic historical sites in short amount of time. Our tour guide Alice was fabulous, explaining history of Rome and answering our questions. She was incredibly accommodating with family member that had limited mobility, bringing golf cart close where possible and also dropped us off at our hotel after the trip. Xander was an outstanding guide — friendly, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about the city’s history, culture, and landmarks. He took us to all the major sights, from ancient ruins to iconic piazzas, and shared fascinating stories and details at each stop. His passion for Rome was obvious, and he had a great way of making the city’s history come alive while keeping the tour fun and relaxed. This was wonderful! Our tour guide was amazing, both in terms of her knowledge of the City and in that she was unflaggingly cheerful in spite of the heat, which was over 90 degrees.
