Chiara was amazing! She was very personable and fun, without being overbearing. She was very informative and educational and not boring.
Excellent tour that shows you the highlights of the Vatican. our tour guide Sandra was wonderful, very knowledgeable, great personality and catered to all of us in the group.
Maryanne was excellent. It was great to have an air conditioned lounge to gather in before the tour started. Very easy to locate. Just enough of the history and helpful information for us. If you want a deep dive or to linger longer, you might choose a different tour but this was the perfect length for us!
Nadya provided details on the art and context for the times. She was efficient and happily answered questions about the Vatican, Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel. Now that I've seen the brain background that God sits in in Michelangelo's god and man, I can't unsee it.
It was alot of walking and there are a lot of people at the Vatican, so be prepared for that.
I wasn't a fan of the type of headset that they used as it hung over your ear and I was worried it would drop.
Tour guide was amazing and helpful! Tour was insightful and informative. We enjoyed our time! Thank you Mariana!
The guide was knowledge and friendly but a bit difficult to understand. The tour was good but slightly long and my children ages 11 and 14 were bored.

We enjoyed it! Nadia was a fantastic guide. The tour is fast, that would be my only feedback is to maybe slow it down a bit but it is called the fast track tour!
This tour definitely delivered what it promised - we got some helpful background facts and in/out of the Vatican with ease which, given the massive amount of visitors and people baking in lines, we greatly appreciated
Definitely worth the money to get a guided tour. We usually prefer self-guided, but the chaos of getting into the Vatican combined with the tremendous crowds and extreme Summer heat, made the guided tour well worth it. Instead of waiting in outdoor lines that never seem to move, for this tour we met in a nice air conditioned lounge across the street from the Vatican entrance. The lounge is appointed with water and restrooms. Sabrina was a thorough and knowledgeable guide. We learned a lot. Sabrina knew all the hot spots, which was a plus, because otherwise we probably wouldn’t have found everything we wanted to see on our own. Our family included a 13 and 19 yr old and everyone enjoyed this tour.
Nadya was very engaging and made the tour great. Easy tour to follow and she was a pro. Highly recommend
Good humor. Wish there was a bit more history about Vatican I vs II and how important was pope Pius IX. How was society then. What motivated them and how did they manage to spend that much? The end instructions wasn't very clear.

We understand that you were interested in exploring topics such as Vatican I, Vatican II, and Pope Pius IX in greater depth. For that level of detail and the opportunity to focus on specific interests, a private tour would likely be a better fit.

We had a really excellent experience with Nadya. She was soo knowledgable! There is so much to see and its so crowded, Nadya did an excellent job navigating the crowds with our group while ensuring we were all following and we could all hear. Wonderful tour. Also so glad we got to see St Peters Basilica at the end, WOW!

We were late for our tour despite leaving 90 minutes to arrive due to lack of taxi availability and Rome traffic. I immediately contacted Italia Tours ahead of the tour time to try and find a solution. They told me they couldn’t help as it was a Viator problem and Viator told me they couldn’t help as it was an Italia Tours problem. Both companies just deferred the problem/. The net situation is I am out $400 to see the Vatican and Sistine Chapel and no one is willing to help or offer an alternative solution. Yet I can still see available tours on Viator for today or tomorrow but both companies have told me I will have to pay again. I have literally wasted $400 and over 4 hours of my day trying to find a solution with two providers who have no interest in helping fix a customer service experience. Thumbs down all around to both.

Unfortunately, as stated in the "Know Before You Book" section and our terms and conditions, Rome's traffic and public transportation can be unpredictable, which is why we strongly recommend allowing extra travel time and arranging transportation in advance to ensure arrival at the meeting point on time.
Regarding rescheduling, Vatican tickets are date- and time-specific, sell out months in advance during the high season, and are non-refundable. For this reason, we are unable to reschedule or replace missed tours once they have departed.
We understand your frustration and are sorry we were unable to offer the solution you were hoping for.
We appreciate your feedback and hope that, should you visit Rome again, you'll have a much smoother experience.
Really nice skipping lines but a little long. Very interesting. The guide was fun and very knowledgeable.
Great tour! Friendly and informative. Nice to not have to wait in lines and having a guide explain everything was great.
Fast paced tour through the museum but didn't get to go into every room. It is not air conditioned and with a lot of people it made it very hot. Lots of statues and paintings, was expecting more relics but that's not the tours fault.

Our tour guide was great! Just know it can get pretty packed and warm in the museum. It was a must do tour in my opinion.
The fast track experience is worth it. We were ushered through and had no problems. The headset was nice, allowed for some wandering, but also hearing about the most important things in the galleries.

The perfect tour and just the right amount of time. Easy meeting instructions with clear direction. Nadya was an amazing guide with lots of great information and very entertaining! She took us through the museums and sistine chapel, then left us to explore the church at our own pace. We had a good mix of curated touring and self-guided.
I’d recommend this tour to anyone who doesn’t want to spend a whole day in Vatican City but still wants to see the highlights.

2.5hrs of the best of the Vatican. You won’t see everything, but our guide handpicked what to see and explained it well. Sandra was fantastic - friendly, great with our family and kept the tour rolling so the time flew in an interesting and fun way. Would recommend highly.
Very organized, our tour guide was very kind. She had tons of information that made it informative but fun, constantly checking in on us to make sure we were okay. We got into the Vatican Museum quickly.

Great to be part of a group at the Vatican City, as otherwise the crowds can be overwhelming. Being with a group made the experience much smoother, more organized, and far more enjoyable.
Marian was excellent, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and funny. Tour was well organized and efficient entry. We really loved it. Great for a family at 8am who wants to beat the crowd and get through the best parts.
