Ramona was a delight! Very informative, warm and
charming. Her presentation was well planned and she had a GF option for a member of our group at the places that were not gluten free.
We highly recommend this tour. It was a highlight of our trip to Rome.

The guide Ramona was fantastic! She was fun, informative and food locations were great. We can now pick out great places to have a quick bite or sit for a meal. Thank you Ramona!

My experience on the tour was wonderful! We made 5 stops, trying many local bites. We ate some cured meats & cheeses, Suppli, traditional roman pizza, fried artichoke in the jewish neighborhood, and finished with gelato.
Our tour guide also taught us about the history of the neighborhood between each stop, and struck the perfect balance between learning and conversation amongst our group. I would highly recommend!

This was such a fun experience! If anything, we truly enjoyed making friends with our tour mates and Kristian was so much fun! The only section I didn’t care for was the double fried artichokes in the Jewish community. Personally, a little too greasy for my taste, but there was lots of wine and beer flowing at each stop. Truly was such a fun experience! We laughed and learned and left INCREDIBLY full!

Had a great experience on the Street Food Tour. Barbara was a great guide. Really enjoyed the historical parts of the tour in the Jewish Ghetto section. On another note however, American Pizza with Pineapple is much better than Roman Pizza with Potatoes🤣

Terrific experience, detailed description of tour was very accurate. Most importantly our guide Fabrizia was EXCELLENT, she enhanced the tour by offering detailed information about the historic areas and very informative details about the foods, wines, cheeses and of course the history of what we experienced. We were fortunate to have her and the pricing of this tour was a GREAT value. Gracie!

The food tour was great. I booked it last minute as another company had cancelled my evening booking.
We started with some meats and wine, then pizza, then suppli, then the artichokes and finally all topped off with gelato.
The guide Barbara was friendly, funny and caring.
It was a nice mix of walking, history and food chat.
Highly recommend this tour.

We recently visited with friends for a few days.
We did a food tour with Mattia and he was fantastic. He showed us some great eateries and told us all about the history of the areas we visited. We went to places we’d never seen and given history on the food we ate.
I would highly recommend booking this tour, informative and thoroughly enjoyable.

Food are not best. Not what I expected of hidden gem delicious. Actually below average food. Also it is a bit painful that in a couple stops. We are standing and eating next to a trash can

We had a great time with Francesca, we had issues getting there with the bus system, however, she was very accommodating; she sent us a text message every five minutes to let her know where she was, and saved us food at the first stop. Going through the parts of town with her vast knowledge really enhanced our first day in Rome. Would recommend this to anyone coming to the city, it gives you such a great sense of the food, the culture, and the history. Couldn’t recommend more five stars, would give more if possible.
Response from Host, Mar 2026
