Excellent tour

Jorge and Rodrigo couldn’t have been better guides. We had a large group with our children and parents. They were able to make each stop interesting and informative for all ages and were so kind to our kids, even carrying our little one when she got tired. We loved the stops along the coast and both castles we visited at Sintra were beautiful. Don’t skip the Quinta da Regaleira — it was so magical. The entire day went smoothly and our family had the best time.

Absolutely Perfect!

Wow what a fantastic experience with our amazing tour guide Francisco! We got lucky as we were in a private group (my kids and husband) and the tour was just our speed. A half day is enough time and the 13:30 start was ideal as we were still jet-lagged from our trip from the US and had time to sleep in. Both the Pena palace and the Regalaria were stunning and completely different. Francisco was very knowledgeable and told us stories that even my teenagers found fascinating. He explained the history but in a very engaging way. I would highly recommend this tour and this tour company. Terrific!

So much fun

Surfing the clean, consistent waves off the coast of Portugal has been a dream of mine for a long time, and today I did it!! Thank you Decio and your team! Decio arranged a time for the trip that would be best for surf conditions. I was picked up close to my accommodation in Lisbon, and dropped off there after the adventure. Wetsuit and board were provided, and they were great. The actual session was so much fun. We were just two students, so very safe. The coach reminded us of good technique and had us practice on the sand before we did a quick warm up, and hit the waves. After a few failed attempts, I finally made it up and was flying! Everyone cheered and I couldn’t stop laughing. After that, it felt easy. The beach is so beautiful, the coaches so helpful, and everyone made me feel very welcome. I loved it. Five stars, do recommend!!

From our driver to our guide, Leiticia, our interactions with the people behind Vertente Natural were above and beyond. The kayak trip itself was an unforgettable experience. Leiticia was informative and educational about history of the area and sights. She first told us the route we would take when we were on dry land, but assured us she would be flexible, depending on our wants, since it was just the 3 of us. The beach we stopped at was beautiful! The sea caves were breathtaking. This excursion is a must do for any kayak enthusiast!

Best Two Hours in Lisbon!

This was the highlight of our trip to Lisbon and easily goes down as top 10 experiences in traveling. Benny and Mateus made this sail the experience of a lifetime. Relaxing drinks, music, and history lesson along the way. Small group - comfortable seating even for the "old folks" on the cruise. Felt safe and no motion sickness at all. Couldn't ask for anything more ... we could have done this over and over!

Great trip to historic Templar sites

We had a very satisfying trip with our driver/guide Hugo. He was very well informed and professional. He even added a drive out to the Aquaduct dos Pegoes per our request. We appreciated being able to choose our own lunch spot and free time to buy souvenirs. Hugo gave us a lot of Templar history and answered all our questions.

The instructor António is lovely! Bubbly personality very friendly and helpful. He tells you historic facts as you kayak past certain points which is very interesting. Very patient so if you haven’t done this activity before don’t worry you’re going to absolutely love it!
