Perfect day in Sintra with the best guide ever

Full day tour of the Sintra sites with guide Joao. What a perfect day. Joao picked us up in a nice mini van then suggested what to see. He noticed immediately my wife had problems walking and customized the tour for that, helping her up steps and watching out for her. The Pena Palace is a mid level site but Joao's pointing out details and the history made it really shine. He picked a nice local place for lunch and a historic cafe for pastries and port at the end, both great places but very reasonable cost. It was like seeing the sites with an old friend who really knows about where you are visiting. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Also, very reasonable price.

Amazing Alfredo

Alfredo was so professional and friendly. He greeted us with sign with our name and communicated constantly with us making him easy to find. He gave us a wonderful overview of the city as we drove to hotel. He was impeccably dressed and very attentive.

A must do when in Lisbon!

I had booked this for a day when rain was expected. At the very last moment I asked if I could move it to three days before and they said yes! My in-laws went with us to humor me but they didn’t think they would enjoy it. Yet, they raved about how wonderful it was! We all really enjoyed it. Luisa and Jose were fantastic. Loved all of the info they imparted. Stunning sunset. I highly recommend it!

Roy made our Sintra day absolutely unforgettable. He was knowledgeable, organized, and had the perfect balance of sharing history while still giving us time to explore on our own. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great experience. He navigated the crowds smoothly and gave great tips about where to go, what to see, and even where to get the best photos. Visiting Pena Palace and Quinta da Regaleira with his guidance made everything feel effortless and much more meaningful. Professional, reliable, and comfortable service

Had an early flight out of Lisbon, an exceptionally busy airport, immediately following disembarkation from a cruise. Didn’t want to depend in Uber or risk having to wait in the taxi line as flight departure was earlier than recommended by the cruise line. Communication with the tour operator ahead of time and with the driver via WhatsApp on day of departure was excellent. Paulo, our driver, communicated in advance the morning of pickup and arrived at the exact designated time, directly in front of the terminal (closer than the Uber and taxi stations) in a comfortable vehicle with plenty of room for us three adults, three large suitcases, and our backpacks. The whole process went smoothly and alleviated any stress we had of missing our flights despite long airport lines. Highly recommended.

Amazing 👏 must visit

Once your in you don't want to get out it's just an amazing place to visit ✨️ me and my partner went in for 2 hr we had to leave as we had other place to visit other wise would off stayed for another hour, I'll say no more so I don't spoil the fun if you're in Lisbon must visit special if have kids.

Extremely helpful and kind

Our arrival experience in Lisbon was quite chaotic to say the least! There were about 3 or 4 international flights come in at the same time. Getting to the customs was nuts and took 2 hours! Our driver stayed in contact, gave use directions to his partner who was in the terminal the whole time waiting for us. Once we found the correct meeting zone we were fine. Our greeter stayed with us until our driver was able to get through the traffic. Our driver was great, giving us lots of information as he drove us to our hotel. I am so glad to have had these 2 people to smooth out what could have been quite nerve wracking for 2 senior tourists!
