Two nights in Lagos

Came to Lagos for 2 nights. First thing we did was this boat ride to see Benagil. We almost missed out because it was the last opening they had on a Friday. Saturday was already booked. So glad it worked out that way though because it was a great time and a great introduction to the Algarve. Our hosts were fun and informative. After seeing Bengali on boat we knew more of where we wanted to go on land. I highly recommend doing this tour right when you get here to start your trip to Lagos out right!

Better than a walking tour!

As long as you know how to ride a bicycle, you will enjoy this tour of Lagos on an e-bike. Pedaling the bike is required so it still requires some work. You will see some wonderful ocean and cliff views. If you are a senior and do not bike often, this tour might be a challenge.

We were rescheduled from 4/29 to 4/30 because of weather. The scheduler was so helpful and kind. She gave us wonderful advice on what to wear when we return the next day. The guides were wonderful as well. Friendly and informative. They gave us an exciting ride! There’s nothing like seeing a beautiful place from the water.

Great time, great value!

My family and I had a great time on our boat ride! Our captain, Marta, was very knowledgable and friendly. We saw so many beautiful rock formations, went into some caves, and got all the local tea on good spots to eat, nude beaches, and Brangelina's foray into local real estate. I would definitely recommend this tour, and would definitely do it again if I'm in the area!

Kayaking the Caves

Perfect tour start to finish!! Our tour was delayed by one day due to weather. The tour operator was so well organized, communicating the bump by one day clearly, and were very responsive to our questions. During the tour, our guides were so genuine and fun, family run and local to the area so they knew everything about Lagos and surrounding towns. Kayaking was in a small group, and guides very attentive to our kids needs. Perfect afternoon on the ocean exploring the caves! Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic Lagos Coast Tour

Incredible tour of the caves, grottoes & coves along the Lagos coastline all the way to Ponta da Piedade (Point of Mercy). The small boat used for the tour was perfect for maneuvering into the small coves and still very stable. Our tour operator was very informative with his running commentary and a great guide. You're crazy if you're in Lagos and don't go on one of these boat tours -- highly recommended!

Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing private boat tour, and Luis truly made the experience exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was enjoyable and personalized. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests, his country, and especially Lagos—it was refreshing to see the pride and love he has for where he’s from. One of the best parts of the private tour was being able to take great photos without crowds or people in the way, and Luis always gave us plenty of time to get the perfect pictures. The private boat tour is absolutely worth it and I highly recommend it and ask for Luis if you can!

The Perfect Lagos On-Water Experience

After spending a day exploring the cliffs and beaches by land, this boat tour was a fabulous way to take in the beauty of the cliffs and beaches by water. This two-and-a-half-hour tour was the perfect amount of time. The staff was tremendous. The Lagos Train Station was an excellent meeting point and was just a short walk to the boat. The boat was big enough to accommodate the group of 20 of 25 but small enough to get up close to the cliffs and into some caves. The boat was smooth, quiet and clean. The restroom and bar were an outstanding addition to the experience. The tour was capped off by 30 minutes of swimming and a sample of some local Port wine. I can't recommend this tour enough.

I should probably give...

I should probably give this review a 0/10. I got so seasick despite meds and ended up vomitting so trip was cut short . However, our guide and driver were so wonderful that I must give them a 10/10. The caves we explored along the coastline were gorgeous . The swimming area was Caribbean like . The history lesson from Pete was very informative . But really was the concern from Pete that makes me give such a positive review . He gave me cold clothes , encouraged me to get into the water and walked me carefully off the boat . Meanwhile Max took excellent care of my family . They are a such nice guys . They really wanted everyone to have a good time . It was just too rocky for me when we got more into the caves . So maybe extra medicate if you are prone to seasickness . Thank you to Pete and Max for your excellent care . Btw , the boat was gorgeous!
