- In case of client's delay, the activity will be reduced according to the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be cancelled if the delay is more than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded.
- Tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour.
- Tuk tuks are booked privately, and the price is fixed according to the number of tuk tuks required for the group, the legal maximum being 4 passengers per tuk tuk.
- Tuk tuks don't have trunks, so they can't carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases, or large items.
- For security reasons, no pets or animals are allowed.
- Tours are conducted in rain or heat and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
- Tours are designed to take the indicated route, and make a series of stop/s already preset, depending on the duration of the selected tour, to take photos. Tours cannot be modified, and neither can the photo stops.
- The vehicles are suitable for the elderly, and our drivers will assist them with boarding if necessary.
- Due to local regulations, the tour covers the main historical landmarks and viewpoints accessible by vehicle, offering panoramic views not available on foot.
- For the 3- and 4-hour options, we also offer pickup at the Lisbon Cruise Port (Jardim do Tabaco Quay). We'll send you a message the day before your tour to select your pickup point: Time Out Market or Lisbon Cruise Port (Jardim do Tabaco Quay). For pick-up at the cruise port, please remain next to the passenger departure port of the main building, without leaving the terminal.

This was outstanding! So detailed and the guide was super knowledgeable but also very entertaining! Jo-Jo knew the city and totally kept us busy- he got up and picked up a mike with a local street performer and sang the next song with him- it was so awesome! Jo-Jo made this tour sooooo enjoyable!

Great way to start our adventure in Lisbon. We took the 1 hr Tuk-Tuk tour and it was perfect. Great way to see the city upon arrival. We loved the view point and enjoying a pastel de nata overlooking the city. Perfect way to see the sights and to know what we wanted to explore further. HIghly recommend!

Our guide/driver Joao was super friendly from the moment we met. His knowledge of the old and new parts of Lisbon was very impressive especially the old part Alfama which we wouldn’t have known prior. Highly recommend. He even provided blankets and restaurant recommendations!

We had a wonderful and interesting tour of Lisbon! Our driver was friendly and gave us a great history lesson about the city. He stopped a few times for us to get out and take pictures, and even offered to bring us back to our hotel, rather than where the tour started, which was much appreciated!

Location is not accurate as advertised. Be prepared to wait at least 25 minutes before driver shows up. Seat belt will choke you. Tight leg room.

The views from the high points of the city gave us a chance to see the lay of the land and learn about the different neighborhoods. Our local guide knew about hidden gems and recommended fun things for each of us to do. It was a beautiful day and the colors of Lisbon were on full display. Magical!

There was a miss understanding on the pickup location. I thought I had correctly selected location closest to our hotel. next morning went to confirm the location with a previous email and apparently got the email that only had one location (the other location option) so we redirected oursleves to the wrong pickup location. The point being the email trail was a bit confusing and lead me to believe I must have accidently selected the location.
They readily accomdated our wrong pickup location with no grief, we just lost a little time which was fair.
The guide was fine, seemed to know his trip facts. The only thing is that he didn't get to know us, like my wife was from Brazil, as was he, and this was out 3rd time in Lisbon in an effort to customize just a little. He was the classic group tour guide (a monologue), were we wanted a level up from there. However, everything with the company Viator was overall good.

We did the 1 hour tour with Joao and our family had an absolute blast! I went with two kids ages 5 and 7 and was pleasantly surprised to be presented two booster seats and the energy/interaction needed for entertaining kids. Joao was friendly and had us laughing throughout the ride. Would recommend this tuk tuk to everyone!

It’s a great way to get a flavour of the citiy’s different areas if you’ve just arrived.
Enables you to focus on the things you prefer to explore further.
We are English speaking and our driver Hugo was very knowledgeable and did research on questions we asked while we enjoyed the views at the stops.
The booking information was exceptionally clear and detailed by using the App so finding the start point was effortless.

I had an absolutely fantastic 3-hour tuk tuk tour of Lisbon. My driver Jose was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the city's history, culture, and hidden gems. He struck the perfect balance between providing interesting information and having relaxed, enjoyable conversations, making the experience feel personal rather than scripted.
His local knowledge was exceptional, and he took me to beautiful viewpoints and places I would never have discovered on my own. Throughout the tour, he was professional, welcoming, and happy to answer every question I had.

The communication was very clear from the start. We received a detailed explanation of where the tour would begin, and found an amazing guide in Miguel. He was very knowledgeable and attentive, and as this was a private tour, it gave flexibility to focus on the things one finds interesting. We visited photo spots, sights and street art murals, and also had one of the delicious belem pastries. Miguel helped taking pictures, answered all of our questions and provided plenty of fun facts and recommendations. I believe this was very well worth the money and by far the most convenient and efficient way to see the city. We left the 4 hour tour feeling relaxed and without the hurting feet you would usually get. Thumbs up!
