Don't bother with other food tours

Oh dear lord! I've never had such a comprehensive food tour. Two wines, a beer, a liquer, four fish dishes, two meat dishes,a rice dish, four cheeses, a jam, two desserts, a few breads... and all in copious amounts! Every single taste was great! And did I mention that our guide, Raquel, was knowledgeable and fun? If I ever get the chance to visit Lisbon again, I'm going to do this food tour a second time.

Excellent well informed trip to the Alfama area. My wife felt intimidated by the hills & has not ridden an ebike before. FADO Walking Tour

Miguel was an excellent tour guide and very helpful as we had some elderly on our group so navigation and mobility were a little challenging. He was very helpful and found elevators where we could use them versus the stairs. We definitely highly recommend just with caution that you need to be in fairly good shape or not have any mobility issues because there’s a lot of stairs and upward climbing and then back downhill. Overall, it was excellent. We enjoyed it, especially the dinner and the fado singing.

Perfect walking tour

Katarina was an excellent guide. She infused humor with great story telling. She is knowledgeable about the history of Lisbon and the two hour walk covered many major architectural landmarks. She included a couple spots to sit out of the sun. Well paced, informative and a great start to our visit to Lisbon. My only suggestion is that. Viator should not leave the cost optional. Some visitors took advantage of the payment structure.

Enjoyable Eats (and Drinks)

Alexandra led us on a tour of food and drink establishments in the Rossio area of Lisbon where we were served a variety of Portuguese food and drink. Alex provided extensive back story on the dishes and drinks that we sampled and history of each establishment we visited. A very worthwhile and fun tour. They were also able to accommodate my wife’s shellfish allergy. Alex’s English was perfect, and she is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish as well.

Organized tour. Good mix of food and drink. Great guide.

Carla is very knowledgeable of her neighborhood - unique places to eat and drink. She knows the business operators and had our visits organized (she even put reserved signs on some tables in advance so that we could get in quickly). She also has a lot of knowledge about the neighborhoods we traversed. The Itinerary was well organized and had an appropriate amount of walking for ten 60+ yo adults. Note: one couple of our group was delayed in making the start point because of traffic. Rather than delaying the main group, we started on time. But Carla made the effort to keep the missing couple updated as to where we were. When that coupe got close to the third eating stop, she went and found them while we ate.

A Wonderful Tour!!

We had a lovely tour with Shiri. She made sure to find out what interested us and took us to the best areas. Shiri had a wealth of knowledge about each location, and made learning about the sites a pleasure. By the end of the tour, we felt like we had made a new friend! Shiri went above and beyond by sending us many restaurant and sightseeing locations to go to on our own the next day. What a wonderful time!!

Fantastic tour of historic Lisbon neighborhood.

Claudia was excellent at showing us the highlights of this historic neighborhood. She mixed in history, architecture, and even botanical references along the way. She was friendly, engaging and wildly entertaining. Both Suzy and I were very impressed with her knowledge and humor. We are recommending this tour to our friends.
